I hope NO ONE pays good money for a bunch of stats and features you use to get or could do yourself for Free. This is just Activision raping it's Gamers.
So let me make sure I'm clear on this.

I pay for Xbox Live/ PSN+ to play online
I buy MW3
Now I gotta pay to play COD Elite? (which for the most part Activision will strip COD Online down to force users towards Elite)
And if I buy a used copy of MW3 I gotta pay to play online.

I'm a Veteran BF Gamer and I've seen enough to know this is a Day 1 purchase! I reached for my wallet about 30 seconds after I caught my breath from jumping up and down in excitement after the first teaser trailer.
Many fan made movies have been made like Escape from City 17 which is the Best and Beyond Black Mesa.
If a Half Life Movie was made I don't know if I would put Gordon Freeman in it cause he doesn't talk in the game but if he was to be in it just let Valve write the script.

When consoles games are made they are made on PC's that are running the same software as the console so basically emulation except these "Game Making" PC's are NOT running a commercial OS like Windows 7 or OSX!
They are powerful PC's (high end Gaming PC) running the Emulation software and game engine along with SDK and whatever else the Dev needs to create and debug! This software is tightly secured cause if it got out it is some how labeled/tagged and...
