In this generation it seems that more often than not a 3rd party exclusive announcement just means "exclusive at the moment".
Yes it was shown at Microsoft's conference, and yet the infamous "Only on Xbox 360" tag was nowhere to be found. If MGS Rising was exclusive to the Xbox 360 Microsoft would be shouting it from the rooftops.

You stated that if R&C averaged under 90% it would be a flop. Halo Wars averaged well below 90%, so it must be a flop according to you. You also just posted that Halo Wars was not hyped to be AAA, and now you post that it was hyped to be AAA. Either way it must have flopped because it did not get 90% or above on metacritic, right? Using terms like "droid" just shows ignorance and immaturity on your part.

Noone has tried to test the capabilities? Really that is your argument? That apparently just means that developers are lazy when it comes to Xbox 360 development. Especially so when you consider that the Xbox 360 is supposedly easier to program for and it has been out longer, thus giving developers more time with the hardware.

I completely agree with that. It will be available on the PC (it just makes sense) so everyone will be able to play it without owning a PS3. However, that argument could also be applied to a great majority of 360 exclusives.
