*Looks at title* Oh look there is a question mark. Well that pretty much sums up the article.
"I am going to teach you a lesson if you do not stop arguing with MoOks."
That is how your sentence should have been structured. There, now I have taught you a lesson.
*Hidden blade attack against KionicWarlord*
Did anyone else win E3?
I won E3. Period.
+Bubble for the sensible post.
If you are going to disagree at least come out and explain why. I respect Beans for doing that much. The phantom disagrees just show that you are weak. Phantom disagrees to stated fact just show that you are ignorant, in addition to being weak.
@2.6
I have never disagreed with that. MGS Rising is indeed multiplatform, but then I don't believe Sony tried to play it off as exclusive at their conference either. As for Gran Turismo, you do have to own a Sony console, o...
Let's be real here. The god of war could not defeat Kratos. The underworld could not contain Kratos. What makes you think that a guy with a gun and a space suit would stand a chance?
Now that is just silly. Who cares about enjoying games these days? Everyone knows that a game fails if it doesn't score above a 9 on metacritic and sell 5 million copies on day 1...right?
The difference between you and I is that I don't hate on a product at all. I don't even hate the companies behind the products. I do hate the immature, ignorant, and downright unreasonable people who act like there is some sort of war going on between the 2 consoles. People who use terms like "droid and bot". People who name themselves gaystation. People who are so hung up on sales and metacritic reviews that they forget about games. Only executives and shareholders should care abou...
Wow I don't even know what to say to that. Did you even watch the E3 conference? Go watch the Ubisoft conference at about 1:12 and you can hear the confirmation directly from the developer.
Oh and "console exclusive" is just another way of saying "not exclusive at all". I will be playing Splinter Cell: Conviction without owning an Xbox360.
Just remember, 2nd place is the first loser.
Because Xbox360 + PC = Multiplatform.
Edit: I can't believe I got a disagree. Let me break it down. The PC is a platform. The Xbox 360 is a platform. If a game is releasing on more than one platform, it is releasing on multiple platforms, so it is multiplatform.
This lesson brought to you by the letter "A".
@below. That is a very good point. It should not be in the PS3 section.
Honestly I am impressed. That is the second interview this week in which I have seen him make very reasonable responses instead of the arrogant remarks that I am used to seeing. Well done Mr. Greenberg.
See I am in a good position with this argument. I don't actually have to defend the lack of damage in GT PSP because it is a handheld game. You on the other hand have the challenge of defending why a handheld game has more cars available than a current gen console game. A DVD9 is a fair bit larger than a UMD afterall. Granted HD graphics will take up more space, but then we do come back to the "more space is available" argument.
Well obviously you are not going to be doing backflips. With zelda you had to charge up your attack with a button and then swing the controller to do a spin attack, but a button was involved. My point is that this has been done before with the EyeToy, and the lack of buttons didn't really work then, so I don't expect it to now. Again though, it was a nice proof of concept on Microsoft's part, but I would have liked to see a practical demonstration of something a little more involving than pai...
I work on a team of 4 in my office and one of my coworkers had to take a sick day once after playing a boxing game on the Wii. I simply cannot imagine playing a fast paced game like Ninja Gaiden without a controller. How would you do a wind roll? How would you do a wall run? How about a backflip? Can you imagine doing a backflip, shooting an arrow in mid-air, and getting into a blocking posture or offensive melee posture quickly with your body after doing that?
Edit: Heck the 36...
I have to agree with this article. I have read the comments on his site, and I could agree with them if it were not for the fact that they pushed the fact that Natal could work with every game. I would pay to see someone get through the first level of Ninja Gaiden without a controller.
The Xbox 360 version had to get a texture patch, remember? How did that work out for the 360 owners who do not have a HDD?
I am not sure I agree with that. "Lightning bolt action" means something completely different than "Tactical stealth action". Yes you are getting a MGS game, and I hope it turns out to be a great game, but I have my concerns. Don't take this like I am downplaying the announcement. It was a big announcement and I hope it turns out well for all parties involved. To give an example of my concerns though, I would not call Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles a real Resident Evil...
The fact that you listed a Halo expansion, 3 PC games, and 2 DLC entries really says something about your list.
