I certainly agree that they need to fix the glitches, but I also believe that the people who are exploiting the glitches should be held accountable for their actions. I think they should ban the cheaters AND fix the glitches. In my opinion no action is too harsh for online cheaters. I wouldn't care if (confirmed) online cheaters had their entire console banned from the network.
How many moments did you spend playing it then? You have to be careful with your answer because if you say not many, then one could argue that you did not give it a fair shake, and if you say you beat the game, then one must question why you would continue to play a game you disliked.

Are you seriously trying to say that developers should be even more considerate of pricing for people who own an Xbox 360 because they have to pay MS to play online?
How many people went out and bought a new Xbox before the warranty was extended? How many people are affected by problems that are not related to the RRoD fault (because that 1 billion dollar warranty only covers that one fault)? A co-worker of mine has gone through 4 of them, and only 2 of them were RRoD faults, and he only sent 1 of those off to repair because the first one broke before they extended the warranty so he threw it away.
Sony does not own Insomniac, but Insomniac is most certainly a premiere developer for the PS3. They certainly aren't developing for any other current gen console, and they do fantastic work.

Actually Amazon automatically upgraded my shipping to release day delivery for Killzone 2 at no extra cost. Oh and they gave me the lowest price during the preorder window too. $56.99.
I do virtually all my game shopping on Amazon. I get free 2 day shipping and I don't have to pay sales tax.
Well to be fair I suppose the 2 day shipping isn't technically free. I pay $80/year for Amazon Prime, but the savings I have by not paying sales tax more than make up for that fee.

I am sure I am not the only one who preordered from Amazon. The Home clothing (as ultimately meaningless as it is) is quite a bit more desirable than an early demo.
They would either complain that it lacks the identity of the original, or complain that it does not distinguish itself enough from the original.

That does not make any sense. If you choose to discontinue payment of a network fee you lose access to the network. If you choose to not pay for premium themes you lose nothing.
It is too easy to get around an IP ban. Even static IP addresses have a lease period, and may be subject to change.
