I am not so sure about that. The software seemed to load just fine when the assistant used a mouse. The touch screen itself could have been defective or uncalibrated. It is also possible that the touch feature was disabled.
This is a nice little addition considering that there is no extra charge. As an added little bonus you can be sure that there won't be any Columbia Pictures licensing issues this time around.
Some people might even say that the PS3 is getting the definitive Netflix console streaming service.
Why is it that I say I will be playing those 4 particular games on PC, and you have to spin it into some kind of Microsoft hate? I don't hate Microsoft. I don't support the Xbox 360 for numerous reasons that are unnecessary to discuss in this comment string, but that does not mean I have some kind of contempt for Microsoft as a company.
To address your point though, PC does not equal Microsoft. Windows = Microsoft, and I certainly did purchase a copy of their operating system, b...
I am going to play Mass Effect 2, Left 4 Dead 2, Alan Wake, and Splinter Cell: Conviction on my PC anyway. No need to die for those.
"Halo 3 and Halo 3: ODST are not even the same game. I'm not sure how you can even say that. The only relationships they have, are the same engine, same universe, and both have "Halo 3" in their name. Halo 3: ODST had an entirely new campaign with new characters, new gadgets, new weapons and a new co-op mode. I think it even ran on an updated version of the engine. I agree it shouldn't have been $60, but that was a terrible analogy.
Just... chill. It doesn't matte...
Quest for Booty is a 4 hour game. I know because I beat it in 4 hours on my first playthrough. I don't think there was anything I could have done to stretch it anywhere near 10 hours.
Alan Wake and Splinter Cell: Conviction are both confirmed for a PC release.
There is a difference between nudity and sex though. Nudity is perfectly fine for an M rated game in the U.S.
The key words being "for at least a year".
I don't know about Ian, but my integrity is worth more than the cost of an Xbox 360.
"to take or appropriate without right or leave and with intent to keep or make use of wrongfully"
By downloading the illegal copy, you are appropriating the content without right or leave, and by playing it you are doing so with the intent to make use of wrongfully.
There, pirating software meets the definition of stealing.
The picture you referenced is nothing more than an attempt to justify wrongdoing.
If you are using a product, that is not yours, that you did not pay for, that was not intended to be free, and that was not given to you as a gift by someone who did pay for it, then you have committed theft. Only the thieves see otherwise.
Both of you actually sound hurt about his post. Why does it matter to you that he is buying it on PS3? Or that he is stating that he is buying it on PS3? His post is both on-topic, and positive in nature.
I don't know if it is on death row, but it is certainly not in a good release window. My gaming budget for October is tied up in Demon's Souls, Uncharted 2, and Ratchet & Clank. My November budget is going to Dragon Age: Origins, Modern Warfare 2, and Assassin's Creed 2. The God of War Collection and The Saboteur each have a spot in December's budget, but that does leave room for another game. That will probably be either Borderlands or Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising.
I wouldn't call the PS3 controller "dated". More like "tried and true". I am very happy that they have kept the same basic design all these years. That is my opinion of course, and it may not be shared by everyone.
On topic though, I can't believe someone actually thinks that CoD should not be released on PC. That is just ridiculous.
That being said however, I think that not providing dedicated servers is ridiculous too.
The publisher could not care less about which games you are playing. They only care about which games you are buying. Stealing the game does not help anyone at all, except the thief. Note that I did not use the word "pirate", because I am not going to glorify an act that is nothing more than petty theft.
Plenty of people have a PS3 and an average PC though. Have you looked at the recommended specs for Mass Effect? There is nothing "high end" about them.
Because the subject matter is console value. The PC is not a console.
I have 2 BT headsets actually, and only one of them is a PlayStation branded one.
"The Netflix experience on Xbox LIVE is unique and reflects our commitment for social entertainment."
^^^
Was that really the first sentence in a response about the competition getting the Netflix service? I mean now that your competition is getting the Netflix service, can you still call it unique?
