"Dude the Judge ruling on this son works for Microsoft"
Seems fake af, there is only 1 source with this claim and they want you to subscribe to their site Inorder to read the article.
@Terry
There was a 19 year gap between the last one and one before it, that clearly didn't stop it from making a lot. I don't think the game will be big, but I have no doubt the movie will rake in money.
The last movie made over 800 million, what at all gives you the indication that the IP is dead?
First time seeing this, looks like Splatoon.
"It's just so toxic, playground BS and embarrasses me as a gamer tbh."
Really lol? You're one of the more toxic people on this site, always sending out pm's and name calling because people don't agree with you.
@Aussie
Nope. I don't want the product, I didn't say it upsets me or that I hate it.
@Xheavy
Umm.. So rainbows make you hard? If gays your way that's ok, but I'm not.
We've seen it before, tho I think this the first time I've seen someone use both narratives in the same comment.
So with Hi Fi they got lucky with it because it was in development when they bought Tango.
But Redfall which was also in development when MS aquired the studio, is MS fault.
I guess if Starfield does great it'll be because it was in development before MS bought Bethesda, but if it does bad it's because MS mismanaged it.
Pretty sure the op is being sarcastic.
@Crimson
And where is this going to take place at? There is so much they could do with puzzles around a farm house with characters that are Inbred.
I don't really see a single player game working. Most of the movies revolve around one house and there is only only a hand full of villains, they would have to get really creative to keep it from getting stale.
Firewalk is being led by ex Bungie employees, I think they have a good shot.
@Deus
The definition of monopoly: "The exclusive possession or control of the supply of or trade in a commodity or service."
Microsoft aquiring ABK doesn't fit into that.
With ABK do you think Xbox will have more market power than Playstation in the console market? I don't think so.
"Need to say more?"
Yes because none of what you said shows them having a monopoly.
There are over 18000 video game developer businesses and over 1500 video game plublishers, how's it a monopoly again? The regulators don't seem to think it is.
Spartan vs Spartan
The Nintendo games may not be for everyone, but they did a better job than the other 2 of giving their fans what they wanted.
