BUt sheesh....how many articles year after year says the SAME EXACT LINE!!
PS3 Will dominate 20__!
Its great that sony has a ton of solid games coming this year. But the useless articles that arent even articles is like crazy LOL!
Guess we will see by years end ..if 2011 is indeed the year that SONY dominated.

So how did this happen and when?? I didnt get a memo from MS or 3rd party DEVs that said they arent making any core (hardcore games)...
So these games are not coming out this year...

Not to a big of a deal for ME. As I never really got used to it since it wasnt there from the beginning.
Plus I can add from my Evo smartphone netflix app. So that is an option for those who may not feel like taking one measly minute or so to go on there laptop, ipad or desktop,

Why is that when it comes to games on the PS3 there are even articles such as this.
Big whoop....the game and series is AWESOME...no matter what IGN did or didnt do in your mind.
So what if the scores dont match. The fact the game has added content WHY does it matter?
smdh....mass effect is a great game. And now PS3 only owners can experience that. Get over it...and play games!
For me what makes Halo awesome is...
The vehicle combat
The air combat
The ground combat....all that together makes for a awesome time online!!
The crispness of the look and feel of the game. The game just OOZES quality. You can tell they took there time in designing the levels, characters etc
Everyhting just run smooth. Dont believe me...go to replay theater and judt look at the light effects...the reflections on the environm...

I really enjoyed the first Dead Rising.
It did have some gameplay mechanics that were annoying. Like the time limit. But it wasnt to bad.
Some complained about the save system (no auto save) but I liked that as it made you pay attention to your health and when you last saved.
Beat the first game...would rate it a solid 8 out of 10.
When I first heard about the sequel and the fact the added Multi Player....I let out a negative...
I havent been reading upon it. But is it THAT bad that SONY would think about releasing another system?

He made the comparison that when it sold for $40 as a special there was a frenzy.
He suggested SONY dropping the price overall...but not to the crack head price of $40.

I say like HALF of them I want to play. Not sure how many I would want to own.
Glad that renting is an option as I in no way could afford all those games!
And to think I thought I could get thru the comments section without someone blabbin about PS3 exclusives when the article has a list of ALL games this year.

Never said anything about if the game was great and that HUGE sales = a GREAT game.
But specifically what constitute a FLOP?!
So no...no COD game can be labeled a FLOP. Yes some may not like the game cool. But miilions love it.
Alan Wake....FLOP...It didnt meet sales expectations im sure. But it did sell decently for a new IP. Reviews were good.
PS. Played Demons Souls...can see the appeal. BFBC...
The biggest FLOP on that list has to be Quantum Theory...the game sold like 150,000 units worldwide!!!
That is horrible. Even some unknown unadvertised games do better then that.
At least games like Lair or crackdown 2 sold over 500K units.

I see some mentioning Alan Wake. I feel that game is teetering on FLOP STATUS.
It got decent reviews....and decent sales...not BLOCKBUSTER sales ... last I checked it was close to a million sold.
I played it...was dissapointed by some of the gameplay decisions...but loved the look of the game and atmosph...
I have yet to play GT5 but it doesnt fit in the category of FLOP!!
You may not like the game...but that doesnt make it a FLOP.
A FLOP is....low sales....lower then expected reviews.
GT5 has the sales and the reviews to back it up...FLOP...I think not.
For $8 I may give a try. If its bad I wont feel like I lost alot of money.
BUT....I have to ask...what is it bringing to the table that I dont already have with shooters that are already on the market??
Its like why play this game for $8 when you have a more polished bigger scale game...such as BFBC2 or MAG.
