He is on the PC version so e all his complaints are legit as I am playing on the console version.
So if the issues are like that on PC I would be pissed also :)
There is a hella lot of whiskey on this island and for it to get equiped as a weapon when you pick it up is unacceptable on the devs (pc) version.
Ok I usually dont get into what reviewers say about a game because its there OPINION.

Yeah this article is incorrect,,,this game takes place AFTER Alien(s) which is Aliens 2.
I was reading the article thinking...ummm the colony from Aliens. In Alien 3 is was a penal (cons) colony.
Someone needs to do more research.

Loving the game so far. Some things could have been changed for the better...BUT the bottom line...its FUN :) and im a HUGE zombie fan.
For me it was a rent as I rent ALL my games..then decide if I want to buy.
I kind of figured the trailer wasnt going to be like the game. Based on the fact that there was no gameplay trailers at the time that trailer hit the net.
No gameplay trailers had me skeptical. After playing for 4 hours today. Its a FUN game and anyone expecting the trailer WILL be dissapointed 100%

You are correct. I never play MGS4. Didnt have a PS3 when it was released. And never went back o get it once I got a PS3. (Ill have to eventually check it out)

Im hoping other DEVS realize that games need to be more sophisticated.
Let me get rid of the on-sceen prompts that clutter the screen as an option. That small thing has made me like the game even more.
I wish you could even get rid of the X that pops up to talk to ppl or open doors....less prompts the better!!
I think you can get rid of the on screen prompt when u sneak up on a enemy...its either press or hold B...I dont need to see it after...
Yeah once you do your first mission with the augments...I def reminded me of MGS ...but dare I say better!!
What im liking better is the enemies have a longer line of sight and will keep looking if they KNOW your in the room.
No hiding in a BOX LMAO!!
If you make a noise they will investigate. BUT if they actually SEE you...forget it...from my short play they will keep looking if you hide.

I have never played any of the past games.
What got me interested was the tech meshed with humans. THat stuff intrigues me. And I thought the character model they chose looked bad ass.

TRUST....if this game sells well. There will be DLC!!
Based on achievements and trophies they can gauge how much ppl are playing the game and haw far they are getting and how many playthroughs.
If they feel they can make some money after the game has been out....DLC will come. Its a business...they can say whatever they want prior to release.
Its actually SMART to say there isnt any DLC. Versus saying there WILL be DLC ala what other Devs do ...
This game prior to release wasnt even on my radar.
I went ahead and picked it up at Best Buy for a buy 2 get 1 free. WOW did I put alot of time into the single player.
I usually get bored with games FAST...but this kept my interest.
What I want in the next one...is more NPCS in the towns. THey were like ghost towns in the first one lol.
More character customization outside of just changing colors.

I feel the same way if its a step up from a controller and a notch below a regular racing wheel then I can see buying it.
From the video I saw of it..it looked very responsive. And he mentioned that you can play ot without holding it in the air...(that was something I was wondering)
He says u can play with it resting on your lap knees whatever. That is a plus IMO.

Agreed. I think cod games are fun. But for me I will log more hours in bf3. What sets it apart for me is.... Vehicles and destruction!
