I have it on the 360. There was a ton of server rooms but they were pretty much FULL.
I like the fact they added server rooms as well as quick match. And also a excellent filter so you can just eliminate any maps you DONT want to see on the server list...ala operation metro lol.
Gameplay....I think the map was Seinna crossing? Was a ton of action...urban combat...some tanks...looks kind of like the last area yu defend on Operation metro.
Next...
I only played 2 matches (Conquest) .... loving it!! Im at work and really have the BF3 fever....ready to ROLL OUT and go home and play.
I havent even played Caspian Border yet.
I am interested in Operation Metro...to see how much improved it is over the beta. As far as full destruction etc etc.
I dont think ill be buying ANYTHING for the rest of the year...rent yes...buy nope.
I know its all opinion. But I was about read the article and the 2-3 paragraphs had me SMH.

I saw the light a long time ago. I was never a PC gamer but was always curious as to how it would be to use a mouse to aim.
I felt that it would be better because when im on a cpu..you just point and click with a mouse without thinking about it.
So using it for gaming FPS just made sense.
The first console that had mouse and KB support that I know of was ...DREAMCAST!!
I think it was DOOM or Quake...that I played with a mou...

If you SUCK at shooters. Like a friend of mine...yeah you will only slightly improve you accuracy...not by much. His reflexes and reaction times are horrid so even with fragfx franken whatever or this..he is still crappy.
BUT..
I disagree...
If you are GOOD at shooters...meaning good reflexes. Hand eye coordination etc. These devices ..ONCE you get used to them will help and give you an adva...
I could see it working easily. As I have been using the fragfx for the PS3 over the last year or so.
I just got the fragfx for the 360 and it is very smooth.
It wont make you a better player IMO but it will make your aiming more precise...such as head shots and lining up shots a few seconds faster.
Once you get used to using the fragfx or similar its HARD to go back to using a controller IMO.

Actually I take that back...I may pass on MW3. I got MW1 years back..world at war...and black ops. I passed on MW2 because I waited on BFBC2 to release and didnt regret it at all.
Ill RENT MW3 this year..but I know I will be BUYING BF3 100%!!
Wont matter to me...HARDCORE mode all the way.
But YEah I can see the skulls or bolts for medics making for a better experience in core mode.

I love hardcore mode. Thats all I played in BFBC and COD games.

I didnt like what they did with BFBC2...but at the same time like the first reply. You only had vietnam DLC to pay for...everything else was FREE!!
So NO they arent hypocrites. COD charges for ALL Map packs!
As long as they dont wait as long as they did with BFBC2 to release some actual NEW maps!!!
The free maps then Vietnam released 6 months plus after BFBC2 dropped. That is waaaaay to long of a time between release and REAL DLC.
All they released prior was more game types on maps that we already had. Making it seem like they were giving up some free DLC...bogus!!
The funny thing is that most of the ppl who are loving the Forza series have and ARE GT fans. As GT came out waaay before Forza.
Cant say the same the for Forza. It seems that trying to get all GT fans into Forza and say its better is NEVER going to happen.
I myself loved GT years back. Was very upset when they decided to NOT have online for I think #3in the series. Forza came along and IMO added more to the table that I myself was interested in.
BF3 has to be my MOST anticipated game this year!!!
I have played about every new game this year. But this will be the one I buy and not rent day one!

Good review of the BETA. Not sure why he has DEMO in the title but keeps saying Beta in the article.
I was thinking the same thing. He knows its a freaking BETA! But put DEMO on the title on purpose. To get hits maybe?? Who knows....but it is NOT a DEMO and I hope he knows it...and is just putting DEMO to get hits aka attention.

For as many of the things 2k does right..they do just as many wrong. Glad I rented...to play it for a week or so and send it back!!
Hate to say it but I am dissapointed in RAGE. And I am GLAD I rented it.
I loaded both disc onto my HD on the 360. The opening sequence looks very good.
Not that the game looks bad but its not what I was expecting.
A few things im not liking....
I just get out of the Ark thing. And im already being sent on a killing mission. It hasnt even been 5 minutes and someone I dont even know wants me to murder people??
Well being that I dont have a gaming RIG ...my 360 will have to do for now :)
