Wrong.
I own one and the entire review is off. It's virtually silent with or without a disc in it. I had to place my ear right next to it to actually hear the disc spinning in the console. It's also smaller and about half the weight than the original Xbox 360. I have both sitting beside each other, and the differences are terribly apparent.
Now go fail somewhere else. Or at least produce a valid opinion on the product (i.e. try it for yourself).
Yep. I was right. The rumored Valhalla mobo was made for this. Good stuff.
God the game is so pretty. I really hope that the full game comes out.
Lol @ the people comparing the size of their PC's HDD to a 360's HDD as if they somehow have any relevance.
>Implying a Move bundle comes with 4 controllers.
Child of Eden.
It's the only one I can think of. And yes, while it is multi-platform, it's exclusive to kinect with motion controls.
Please... you cant simply just say "Oh hey... lets just code the games!" No, it doesn't work like that. In fact, only about 1/100th of the games on Steam actually run on the Source engine.
Basically, any game that they would put on the PS3 would have to be completely recoded to run on the PS3.
I think people fail to accept the fact that a single disc for a 360 game can only be a maximum of 7.5 GB or so. You're not going to run out of room with a 250 GB HDD on the 360, unless you're actually trying to. I still have an old 20 GB HDD with 20 arcade games (ranging from small to very large) as well as demos and videos, and I still have 5 gigs left.
Again, the only reason you would fill up a 250 GB HDD on the 360 is if you're trying to.
Child of Eden is multiplat, but it's exclusive to Kinect in regards to motion controls. The developer Tetsuya Mizuguchi does not have a dev kit for Move.

It's funny because after the Microsoft conference, we actually saw some. In fact, I'm surprised that they showed off the shovelware they did, and then an hour later Sonic Freedom Riders and Child of Eden were shown off and completely destroyed what Microsoft displayed.
Bringing the Steam catalog to the PS3 is not physically possible. You cant run a direct PC game on a PS3. They would have to code every single title on Steam to work on the PS3, and anyone who is not a jaded fanboy would know that's an extreme waste of time and money. There's over 1000 titles on here, and that would take years for them to recode.
I didn't even mention the fact that there's games on the PC that are not physically capable of running on a PS3 wi...
"We all know that core gamers are the ones that keep sales going right."
No, they're not. Not at all actually. The Wii and it's titles sell like hotcakes, even if they're not good.
It's not logical to compare the X-clamps of this model to the older versions. For one, there's been revisions such as the fan has been placed directly on the chip now. The console consumes less energy, and emits less heat, so comparing it to a jasper model 360 isn't really a fair comparison. The console's been revised in a positive manner.
I understand that the original 360 has had it's issues, but I honestly cannot fathom the fact that Microsoft would reu...
The 3DS looks really... REALLY good.

Looks fantastic. Like I said, if more titles like this come out for Kinect, I'll consider purchasing one.
Philaroni's comment went to shit when he stated that the RAM in the PS3 is better than GDDR5. If that was the case, then they wouldn't be running into so many bottlenecks, compared to the PC.
Like I said, if I'm a fanboy of anything, it's going to be the PC. The only reason I even stand up for the 360 is because it sometimes receives unjustified hate.
I think he meant basic support, such as subtle interaction, not full blown Kinect support. But yes, I am happy about this. I think motion controls in general are a gimmick.
Are people still going on about Steam connect coming to PS3? All it's going to do is have auto-updates for Portal 2 and CLOUD settings. It's not going to allow you to go through the library and buy games straight off of Steam and play them on your PS3.
U mad?
