The original Xbox could run games in resolutions over 480i. Also, anything over 480p is considered High Definition. 480p in itself is considered Enhanced Definition.

It really is a shame. Alan Wake is one of the best 360 titles out there. It's original, and it has a great story to it with intense gameplay. It would honestly be a complete letdown if Microsoft doesn't go through with an Alan Wake 2, because of their own faults.

I personally talked to the guy who made the video. And no joke about this. We came to the conclusion that the actual outlet on the 360 itself is bad. The 360 works fine, but it's not receiving a current from the power brick. The power brick actually works. He tested it on his friend's 360 S.
It's an issue that's easily fixed. The console isn't necessarily bricked.
The graphics have already improved tremendously from the beta. That shot of the fight taking place over the planet looks gorgeous.
