uh.. Vaio laptops are NOT that good. In fact, I'd rate them in the lower section of laptops. They're horribly overpriced for the performance, and have a reputation of bad batteries, having a stupid amount of bloatware, and various other issues.
I'd much prefer a Lenovo, Acer, or HP (even though HP is now dropping out of the hardware business).
They do have badass TV's though.
8 gigs of RAM is cheap for a desktop computer. However, placing it in every system and making it proprietary for the PS4 costs a bit more.
Also, PSN is an online service. I still don't understand what the cell processor has to do with an online server being compatible only with a PS3 because of it's CPU.
There are better CPU's on the market currently that can do pretty much whatever the Cell can do currently. There would be no reason not to use a ...
Oblivion's and Fallout 3's glitches were minimal. Fallout: New Vegas wasn't even developed by Bethesda.

That doesn't make any sense. Why would Sony have to use the Cell to access the PSN store? There's faster processors on the market. Why couldn't they use one of those?
Also, 8 gigs? That's a drastic stretch. Unless you want your PS4 to cost you another $599.99, I wouldn't count on it.

Stop acting so belligerent. Just because a few members from 3DRealms joined Gearbox doesn't mean the whole Gearbox development team was working on DNF for 12 years.
Yes, Gearbox did receive the end product of DNF. In fact, if you've touched the game, there's a timeline stating that 3DRealms passed the game over to Gearbox after they told them that they would be willing to FINISH the project.
Personally... Rage, Battlefield 3, and (in terms of micro detail) Skyrim looks better than this. Also, this has a bit of bullshotting going on as well as the fact that it's going to be a semi-linear game.
Still going to be a spectacular title that will probably be unmatched on consoles.
One of the main reasons the PS3 is able to allocate a bit of it's RAM to VRAM is because of the Cell being able to handle a bit of the load. I can't imagine the same being said for the PSV. Most likely the 512MB will be for applications.
Lets be honest here... as amazing as Uncharted 3 will be, there's a bit of bullshotting here. The game won't render at 16xAA.
I'm gonna bookmark these screenies and when I buy the game I'll compare. But to be honest, I don't expect it to look anywhere near the fidelity that is in these shots.

Absolutely adore this game. I have it on my 360 and while it's clunky, it's one of the most well-crafted-with-love games I've ever played.
So... Everyone is on Patcher's side now that he believes the PS3 will outsell the 360 in the US?
Please, this man has had more wrongs than rights. And to be honest, the 360 is still going strong and Kinect (as much as it hurts to see it) is now one of the fastest selling accessories ever made.
