FFXII, although, having a completely different battle system still had huge areas to explore and was loaded with secrets.
There is literally nothing secret to find in FFXIII...it is deserving of far worse than just biggest disappointment of the year.
The last time my Wii was turned on was literally early 2008 when Super Smash Bros. came out.
I would sell it but then I wouldn't have anything to play my old Gamecube games, since I already sold that.
It's basically the next Zune.
"Thanks for pointing that out, kid....We'll get that fixed right away."
so awesome
This is seriously one of favorite games ever (hence my avatar of Cecil), but I am honestly beginning to wonder if Square/Enix is planning on just surviving off of remakes of masterpieces permanently.
It's hard to believe that with today's systems' specs, their current games can't even hold a candle to their Super NES titles. Then again, they weren't called Square-Enix back then....
I can't believe I'm saying this about the favorite development company of my childhood, but going bankrupt might not be the worst thing in the world. At least it would keep anymore cherished RPG franchises from being butchered to make them fit on an inferior system.
The best thing to happen would be for Sony to buy the company and organize them into a powerhouse PS3 RPG team. Maybe even get them working on a new Legend of Dragoon title as a collaboration. RPGs are...
You obviously have little knowledge of history or are trying to spread propaganda. The Nazi's were Hitler's tool for accomplishing his ultimate goal of achieving a supposed genetic perfection that once existed in an ancient race called the Aryans. There were no "viable reasons".
The economic climate of Germany at that time enabled Hitler to dupe most of the German population into electing him and his Nazi party by promising to make them strong and rich aga...
You have to be kidding me if you think you can equate anything happening today to the amount of Jews tortured and killed during the Holocaust.
In other news, people continue to eat fast food that is horrible for them and make terrible movies, like the Twilight series, into phenomenal successes.
Gooooooo Sheeple!!!
I don't think they even mentioned a Japanese game this year.
God help us all if this is the mindset of the average gamer these days......
Will there be quick-scoping? ;)
I placed this comment on a different article already, today, but I believe it applies here as well:
It's becoming more and more apparent that gamers in America are generally becoming dumber and dumber with regards to choosing high quality games.
Back in the SNES days, Americans missed out on many of the best Japanese games because the Japanese did not think Americans were intelligent enough to appreciate them. I was proud when they changed this line of th...
Even if this is not true, it's becoming more and more apparent that gamers in America are generally becoming dumber and dumber with regards to choosing high quality games.
Back in the SNES days, Americans missed out on many of the best Japanese games because the Japanese did not think Americans were intelligent enough to appreciate them. I was proud when they changed this line of thought later on and released almost all games on the PS2 worldwide.

I find it funny that someone with a 360 would complain about paying a monthly fee to play something online.
I really hope this FPS craze dies out soon. I mean one good one is cool every few years, but nobody needs to keep buying the same game every year.
COD is turning into Madden......(not sure why people keep buying that one either)
I played WOW for 4 years until I realized it was destroying my life. It wasn't even fun anymore. Running a guild was like running a company...recruiting people that weren't morons, assigning positions, handling a bank. Organizing raids was like working a second job.
You are correct, Sony figured all this out with the Eyetoy, already.
This is comparable to outselling the Zune.
Is he a horrible monster that appears from nowhere and turns an idyllic, perfect world into a shadow of it's former glory?
