Everyone may have a Wii....but no-one is playing them. There are just no games coming out worth playing.
@ButterBomb
Sony has nothing but protect their own investments and intellectual property here. I find it pretty sickening that anyone would try to cause this much trouble and expense for a Japanese company right now when they already have to deal with loss of revenue, facilities, and personnel. Not to mention the rising value of the yen which will destroy any profits they might make.
Anonymous are being nothing more than cowards who support theft.

Not only is this just childish at best, I find it incredibly distasteful in light of the current catastrophe in Japan. These companies are already suffering big time thanks to their supply chains in disarray and the increase of the value of the yen. Not to mention the very likely loss of personnel.
Shame on you, anonymous. You can't liken yourselves to Robin Hood when you have no just cause to fight for.
I don't know how old you are, but I'm assuming you haven't studied history too much.
Nobody denied that there were French resistance fighters or other Allied nations at D-Day, but France had already fallen to Germany in 1940 and wasn't completely freed until 1945. In fact, so many countries had already fallen to Hitler that Great Britain was really the only one still free, and they were on the defensive.
There is really no question at all tha...
Not going to even try arguing with you about the definition of "imperialist". You've already been brainwashed too far...most likely by the incredible U.S. education system in which "history" class is basically an attempt to make all non-minority citizens feel guilty for being descendants of evil European immigrants.
If the U.S didn't exist today, you'd most likely be living as a serf under a totalitarian dictator somewhere, dreaming about wha...
I have no problem with playing as the Helghast, but the author of this article has a blatant hate for Americans and it shows.
He also attempts to minimize the involvement of America in WWII. I've begun to notice this type of thinking a lot in various forms of media. It has become "cool" to bash America these days.
Well, I can tell you for sure that nobody reading on this site was alive during WWII, but I have personally met many older European...
I think there are still some good RPGs being made, but it's not the way it was back in the '90s, which was really the golden age of the genre.
The perfect example is the fact that now people divide up the genre between "JRPG" and "WRPG". There really shouldn't be a reason to do that if the game is a good RPG. Demon's Souls is a great example. Most people would probably label it as a WRPG before finding out it was developed in Japan.
Not only have I been replaying these games recently, I went further back and replayed most of Square's SNES library. How the hell is it that incredible games like Final Fantasy VI came out in 1994 with the limited resources they had back then and still cannot be matched by our incredible modern tech?
I mean, seriously, compare Dragon Age II to Final Fantasy IV, even.....Final Fantasy IV still has the more epic story, characters, and setting. This is a game made in 1991!...
At least they didn't include Microsoft in a sentence with those that build quality, successful hardware.
I sure hope not? Why would you want to spend more on new consoles when they are still working on maxing out the ones we have now?......well, one of them, at least.
Final Fantasy IV still rocks to this day. It really makes me sad to contrast a monument of gaming history like this with the crap that Final Fantasy XIII and IV and have become.
This is just more dumbing down of modern video games.
If you don't like snipers in multiplayer, then get together with your teammates and take them out....why is that so hard? Because it actually requires working together?
Snipers only do so well because most players are ADD morons who don't have the patience or composure to actually be a sniper, themselves...then they get pissed while they run around like deer getting picked off by a hunter.

I can't tell if hes just trying to spread FUD on purpose in the disguise of a PS3 gamer or is actually just completely ignorant.
His 2 reasons are that LG wants to sue Sony to keep PS3s from being sold in the U.S. and that the recent hacking is exposing his credit card information.
1. The LG thing just ain't ever gonna happen....these companies constantly sue each other over this kind of crap.
2. Your credit card info can only be ex...
Didn't they just have a give-away of these on Ellen recently?
I've recently been replaying Chrono Trigger on my SNES. All I can think is how timeless it it even though it's 3 generations old.
It's sad that today's equivalent "epic game" will be something like Halo or Call of Duty, just because kids won't know any better.
"But the graphics were insanez!!!"
I love my PS3, but for Blizzard games, I just want to play them on my PC and not have them spend even more time in development porting stuff to consoles.
Not if more shooters were designed like the Metroid Prime series.
You just have to change the expectation of what a SP shooter can be.
"Plenty of SPAM to enjoy, why lose money on t-bone steaks?"
It's hard to decide the order of them, but number 1 has never been a question to me. FF VI is the greatest RPG ever.
