ANOTHER audience voted GOTY. It's almost as if the "issues" with the game were blown out of proportion by basement dwelling Chads
Boy, Microsoft really paying out the PR bucks this week
Considering the acquisition has just been done and this game has been in development for how long now? I doubt they are throwing away all that potential revenue on a platform that is probably 90% completed at this time. Future games probably exclusive but I would be surprised if this one is.
@jack 22% of the bill is direct payments to Americans. Don't fall for GOP propaganda
Wow, it's early, but I'm pretty sure this will be the stupidest comment I read today.
I mean if enemies were downed by a couple bullets what would be the point of powers?
And I prefer enemies spawning from different spots, makes you have to move around instead of just camping and shooting as they spawn in.
It does have some issues and needs a little works, but foundation is solid.
Yeah Ps5 ui was a huge step back. Spotify worked so much better on ps4 also. It wasd so easy to pause or skip a song, but now you have to go into the card to do anything and go even further into the card to even do something simple like put shuffle on.
@atticus better then an OLED? Which is what?
The cdprojekt devs knew it wasn't ready, the higher ups pushed it anyway. It's safe to say they most likely learned a very valuable lesson. All of cd projekt isn't to blame here
Those games are also currently subsidized by other consoles. And except for medium launched first to digital /physical sales only. Can the Destiny budget, or Mass Effect style large games remain profitable if gamepass was the only place the revenue was coming from? That's where we are headed and that's what we will find out if it continues to have the success it's having.
It's like 4 years in the making, they announced they didn't start full development till Witcher 3 and dlc was all done. This was announced a long time ago anf people continue to ignore that fact. Yes it was rushed and needed more time, but it wasn't developed for 7 years
This is the way
The inverse is correct to though. "I had game breaking bugs thus for the game is horrible and doesn't work for anyone" are there bugs, yup. Is the AI horrible, yep. Was the game rushed, yes. Did I still have fun playing it, yup sure did.
And they tried to DOUBLE the price of yearly membership. Let that sink in.
It's easy to know what they will do next. 5$ yearly increases until they are where they wanted to be
I'm waiting for the next 2 patches. Those are supposed to be pretty major and I anticipate they will fix most the problem, then I'll dive In.
It would be a licensing/litigation nightmare for anyone that is recreating games Ike MGS or whatever else they are remaking in dreams
This brings back Skyrim on ps3 memories
I think the game was only in full development for like 4 years or something, until Witcher was completed.
