How is it different than any other used model? I buy a car, and a few years down the road sell it to someone else. Do I have to pay the manufacturer a percentage of that? Microsoft screwed up. They announce DRM and restrictions and announce not a single benefit to consumers. What if they announced the restrictions and said, because everyone had to buy a new game, games on our system will release for 15-20$ less than x360 or ps3/ps4? That didn't happen because publishers are greedy and want people to pay 60$ and not own the game. Give the consumer a benefit out of this and xbox will sell a lot better, and consumers will be happy.

Back when ps3 was launching Sony stated that online would not always be free to play. I don't understand why this is such a shock.

Looks good, but am I the only one who doesn't like the look of smart glass? So I have to put down my controller, boot up smart glass on whatever I'm using it on, to call in air strikes, effectively taking me out of whatever immersion I'm having out of the game.
Maybe if it is an mmo. The LoK universe would be rich story wise and location variety for an mmo.
Meh, looks like Ill just buy most of my games out of the bargain bin next gen. I wont put up with the hassle for buying used but I am not going to give the devs all my money either, unless its a really kick ass game.
If it wasnt a return to the basics Socom game, I dont care. Zipper really lost it this gen, to bad because they were my favorite developer last gen.

I like how Bethesda gets the credit for developing this amazing games. Had Bethesda developed it, it would of been riddled with bugs, and fetch quests.

Less then 5 days after the hack my credit card that I had on PSN was being used to buy stuff in Florida when I live in Minnesota. Your trying to tell me that Sony's hack had nothing to do with that, doubt it. I am not part of this lawsuit but I do believe that some credit card info got out.
We will see what the difference amounts to when Sony's numerous first party studios develop with only the PS4 hardware in mind.
