Fallout 4 is your example of good dlc? A bunch of crafting mods for 50$? I prefer the free dlc of the Witcher and the 2 dlc stories that have more content then most games for 30$
I thought indies were terrible and not even worth mentioning? Or is that only when Sony was showing them off.

With pcs being able to use controllers and being able to make small but powerful machines that can be placed under your TV, pcs are as close to consoles now as consoles are to pc
My vita gets less use but I've been playing through old Final Fantasy's for my nostalgia. I still use remote play as well. Im more than happy with it
I'll buy a 4k set when Oled is reasonable. Nothing beats the picture quality. OLED 1080P >4K LED.

Glad I didn't fun this but I did fund H hour which I would say is in a terrible state as well. I also backed Bloodstained. A demo was just released for 60$ backers. I havnt tried yet but I'm pretty excited!
With the new architecture and being closer to pcs then ever before I guarantee we will see ps5 before 2020. Hardware is moving to fast. We have never had a mid generation upgrade before. Ps5 may release with requirements to run on neo so not all ps4 owners are left behind but we will see it sooner rather than later.
Why do you think it will be much later?Games will still come out for ps4 when ps5 is released. The release of ps5 doesn't mean the end of the ps4 life cycle. I think 2018 if neo comes this year 2019 otherwise.
Why would this rule out ps5 in 2018? The ps4 could still be supported. People forget that console cycles were always traditionally 4-5 years. When ps3 released it didn't mean the ps2's life cycle ended. I expect we will see ps5 2018 or 2019 at the latest. By then True 4k graphics cards should be more reasonable and 4k tvs should be more widespread. We may also be seeing the second generation of vr devices.
The developers are going to have to keep sacrificing because the games still have to run on xbox1.
4 years by the time the new xbox releases. Isnt that better than say... a new and better gpu every few months and a new better cpu every year?

Agreed, nothing kills hype for a game more than watching people play it that are terrible. Am I supposed to say OMG Snoop Dogg played this, he must play in real life maybe ill end up in a game with him if I get it!!!!!! Really what is the thinking here? If they want to get well known youtubers and twitch streamers sure, at least they know how to play the game.
But it wont. They have to optimuze for ps4/x1 first then add to the new version. Games are already costly, if you think devs are going to spend significant amount of time optimizing 2 versions you are heaviky mistaken.
Ill be very very very surprised if Scorpio launches at less than 600 $
Lets hope that tjis means they are building a new emgine for their open world games.
