Play the Last of us multiplayer and play as the support class. If you just go round healing your team mates, you can actually get more points that a straight up combat role.
I'm confused. I was expecting sales figures, not chart positions. I want to know how many copies TLoU has sold already, has it reached/passed the 1 million mark yet?
Make no mistake about it, there will be a sequel to TLoU. Maybe different characters, maybe different location etc etc, but with the critical reception, and financial success of TLoU, Sony would be foolish not to continue the franchise, especially on the PS4.
Heck if ND port TLoU to the PS4 it will be an instant day one system seller.
I Love TLoU and am on my second playthrough. Survivor is definatly the way the game was meant to be played.
I have to say though, I am still interested by Beyond Two Souls (especially after all the bullabaloo with Ellen page's likeness).
I guess it'll be between these two games, but I have to say TLoU is so far the strongest contender (obviously).
^^@Mr Nuts. Dude, don't post spoliers. Not cool man.
^^"it seems universally agreed upon that Microsoft's E3 spanked Sony's E3 this year."
Dude which internets are you reading?
You seem to be confusing 'Microsoft' with 'Sony', and 'PS4' with 'XboxOne'.
Hilarious article is too true. :)
@veneno
The issue is not about "this" Ellie and Joel story. That story is told and is complete.
What fans are asking for is another story featuring Joel and Ellie. Maybe set 10 years in the future, where Ellie is now an adult, but Joel still trying (or not) to maintain the relationship that has built up between them. What happens if Ellie wants to remain with Joel / or if Ellie wants to go her own way and Joel wants her to remain?
T...
Yeah, but the Ellie and Joel story has so much that is unsaid, it's just begging for a sequel.
What a climax... I was very surprised by Joel. Anyone else? I was like "WTF Joel?!" It was awesome.
ND if you guys don't make a sequel to continue the story of Joel and Ellie... C'mon don't leave us hanging like that. Does Ellie ever find out??? You've got to tell us!!!
Play the game on survival, and you discover that you have to make ALOT of choices. Molotov... or health pack? Shiv... or bomb? My favourite though, brick... or bottle?!
Great game!
ND know that everyone want an infected horde mode, this has been requested even pre-release. Don't worry, they'll add it, and more probably.
I actually like the 12 week survivor meta-game. It's not a grind at all because you don't have to get into it, or even pay attention to it if you dont want to.
But yeah, only having two game modes needs to change quickly, as it'll very quickly get stale.
And that is one of the great things about TLoU, the infected are frightening (play it on survivor), humans are much more frightening though, but in a different way (again, play ti on survivor). It just proves the great balance of the game.
But yeah, infected Horde mode please ND.
my sentiments exactly. Joel turn out to be a real bad ass 'mofo'
BF4 on PS4 = Teh Awesomeness!
The point is that the whole development and feature set of the xbone was built around always online and DRM. Do you believe that M$ will so easily ditch their primary strategy? Not a chance. This is simply a smoke and mirrors show.
Yeah I was rreally surprised that Drake... I mean Nolan north was actually in TLoU.
ROFL...
bubs up my man, that comment just made my day.
Does Cliffy B need to shut up already... he believes his own hype too much...
Best mission to choose I find is the heal team mates. you get lots of parts as well, and if you do the job well your team's survival rate is much higher.
