You guys need to see the bigger picture. These companies are multinationals and are in the business of worldwide sales and profits. It's no longer about individual territories, that just gives such a stunted perspective of the whole console space.
There's literally no one crying about this, this is simply a poorly thought out flamebait article thats full of hyperbole. Take this statement for example - "As if to add insult to injury, any progress made during the offered trial will port over when the game is fully released on March 21. This is devastating news for those of you who really like to be the first to bang things out."

Who cares, the game comes out next month anyway. Truth is, it's really only suckers who pay money for what you can get for free. Here's free advice (wait, you could pay me 10 bucks and I'll give you the advice 2 weeks earlier than I'd give it to everyone else!) - Save your money, and in the mean time get stuck into games like For Honor, Horizon Zero Dawn, Nioh, Ghost Recon Wildlands, Nier Automata etc etc... not to mention your back log of unfinished games.
That's a really rubbish and poorly though out trophy list. Seriously, at least half of those Bronze trophies should be Gold trophies. It's basically, "do everything 50 times" for a bronze trophy. That sucks man.
There's basically a "free demo" aka Open Beta literally 2 days before the game launches. Who needs reviews, when you can try out the game for yourself 2 days before it releases. Gamers need to grow up and start forming their own opinions and making their own decisions. I mean seriously, does you mommy still tell you what to wear when you go out? ...Actually, don't answer that question.... gamers aye! smh.
It just shows why Sony have such a great first party line up. They give devs lots of creative freedom.
After playing the beta I pre-ordered the game. I know... I know... Ubisoft..blah..blah... pre-order... blah... blah...
The bottom line is that I absolutely loved what I played. I didn't find it repetitive at all, partly because of the variety in the classes and game modes (don't forget it also has a single player campaign). I also loved the fact that you had to learn the different character playstyles and combo's, and couldn't just button bash your way to victory. Bas...
No surprise at all that PS4 is the must own console this gen.
Lets be honest now, Sony have nothing to worry about. They've got the hardware, they've got the games, and they've got the gamers. Everyone else is simply trying their best to catch up... which will not happen this gen.

I actually really enjoyed the beta, I need to practice alot more to pick up all the nuances, but I'm sold on this game now.

I don't live in the US, so this constant bragging about US sales is meaningless to me (and the rest of the world).
What truly matters is how the brand is doing globally, and we all know that globally the XboxOne is trailing...
I remember when the devs promised that The Witcher 3 wouldn't have any fetch quests and how every side quest would be a mini-story; well they delivered on that promise in spades. On the other hand nearly all of FFXV side-quests are really dull and uninspired fetch quests.
