Damn
I doubt this will be the price, I'd wait for official news and not more of these "insiders" who really are just NeoGaf junkies.
30 FPS for a racing game, are you serious? Well that's extremely disappointing. Everyone knows racers are far better to play when it's 60 FPS. What a let down.
30 FPS... Should of gone for 60 FPS, necessary for racers IMO.
How does an analyst know how well a game will sell in certain territories when we haven't seen a single footage of gameplay in years?
I reckon it'll be a fad for gaming, but I do believe VR will have far more functions and usefulness outside of gaming (e.g. education, medicine, simulators, etc)
So more focus on story and characters than gameplay... Hmm, I'll pass.
Wow have Bungie fallen... A few hours to reach max rank, are you joking me? I get the feeling Destiny is going to be an incredibly casual shooter/RPG.
IGN said something about being related to augmented body, but who knows, hopefully we hear something at E3
No Witcher 3...
Hmm October seems an odd date to release it with so many AAA games releasing that month, but the game looks dope, hopefully it's 60 FPS.
If it has a new engine, then I'll be interested, if it's the same old ass IDTech3 engine, I'll pass.
@FlunkinMonkey
Not sure where I mentioned Titanfall or Halo? All I said was this game wasn't innovated, but clearly my comment upset you so much you resorted to games that weren't even mentioned. But are you suggesting that Halo has brought no innovation to the FPS genre and that The Order 1886 will bring more innovation than Halo ever did? I laugh at that, Halo 2 says hi XD
Also, what am I insecure about? If I want to play this game, I can play it, I have a ...
A linear third person shooter... INNOVATION!
Will be balanced... We won't know that until we've played the game for a few months, the community always finds overpowered setups.
I think the make or break point for this game will be it's competitive multiplayer, that's what Bungie has excelled at for more than a decade now. Hopefully it's competitive, hardcore and has a big skill gap.
Hopefully we see the competitive multiplayer at Sony's E3 conference, that's what I'm most interested in for Destiny.
Saw the gameplay, wasn't impressed TBH, game looked really boring, just looks like a Sci fi Borderlands game but I won't fully judge until I've seen the competitive MP, that's what I'm most interested in.
Odd that the article is down all of sudden... Activision?
Damn, was hoping for some competitive MP news for Destiny, but the game is looking sweet so far, looking forward to the BETA.
Sony keep going at this rate, they'll be bankrupt. They need to sell that TV and PC division ASAP!
