So pretty much it'll be Oculus Rift without AAA support, less Indie support, no community made creations and it's limited by low end PC hardware... Righto then, I know which headset to get.
God this game looks awful, I'm sticking with DayZ
Banjo Threeie... Make my dreams come true!
What ever processing capabilities is in the Morpheus, I highly doubt it'll push the PS4 to run future titles like Star Wars Battlefront to run at 1080p 60 FPS, therefore requiring the PS4 to run the game at 1080p 120 FPS, it's simply impossible.
It's simply just hardware vs hardware and VR is very demanding and really on PC can offer that 1080p or higher resolution at a stable 60 FPS to offer a true VR experience.
Oculus Rift easily. It already has far more developer support than any other headset and combine that with the PC community creations like Ocarina of Time in VR, mods that aren't possible on consoles. Not to mention Rift will offer the best experience of VR by miles, Morpheus will be held back by PS4s hardware, I don't expect Morpheus to offer a quality experience with AAA games as 3D halves the frame rate and 1080p 60 FPS is essential for VR and PS4 can barely manage to reach 1080p 3...
Doesn't matter where it launches first, I'll be torrenting it on PirateBay.
Halo 3 - 12 million, that wasn't the point though. Just saying, it's ridiculous that people would even think that the Halo franchise is finished when it continues to sell millions compared to other franchises on other platforms that don't come close to the sales figures or people online.
Halo 4 - 9 million sold and is easily the most popular exclusive on consoles... If Halo is dead, then every Playstation franchise is extinct.
Why 8000 x 4500... The game is going to be 1920 x 1080.
No it just sounds like one, Guns Up! doesn't really give me the impression of a AAA title. Too me, it sounds like a Morpheus and Move PSN title.
Sounds like a PS Move game.
I don't see how me saying how Naughty Dog won't be the same, which they won't considering a lot of senior designers have left, that doesn't mean there complete garbage, just different. Nope it doesn't eat me inside, I own a Playstation 4 and I've owned all Playstation platforms, I've played all of Naughty Dog games. $400, well technically, $550 isn't a lot of money for me, especially considering I own a GPU that costs more than a PS4 itself. But your lengthy po...
Naughty Dog will never be the same, too many senior lead designers are gone.
VR will be a fad on consoles, hopefully they bring their VR device to PC, there are far more features that VR could use on the PC platform compared to consoles.
Can't even handle 64 players LOL!
Well this just made PSNow irrelevant.
*Dies laughing*
Visuals definately look a lot better and the futuristic elements really have me intrigued, the hover bikes, Mechs, climbing on walls, etc are looked awesome to me. First CoD I've been genuinely excited about since Black Ops 1.
Graphics look dope
