I pity anyone who bought this generic turd instead of getting an original game like "dishonored" or a high quality content filled game like "borderlands 2." enough with the military shooters, developers. you've done it to death. branch out and try to do new things with the genre. put some level of imagination into it. thats all we real gamers want.

seriously, if this is deemed a 5/10, then what is a 6, 7, 8, 9, or 10? by the time you get up to even an 8 on this scale, you have far exceeded any imaginable capability of a handheld game of this type. so, as far as im concerned, your system of grading is shit.
there is such a blatant bigotry against the vita that some reviewers have. the Vita just came out with two games that push the boundaries of handhelds (this and Assassin's Creed Liberation) and, as usual, few reviewers simply look for reasons to bitch about them and bring them down. no one can honestly say that this is a mediocre game, by handheld standards.

legend of dragoon is a better game in pretty much every single way and the only reason why some people cant accept that, is because of nostalgia.

he is right about the ironsights thing. maybe not traditional "down the barrel" ironsights, necessarily, but all weapons should have some sort of zoom, for enhanced precision and immersion. there really is no excuse at this point. it would not hurt or slow down the experience if they were done well. just look at the crysis games.
