Someone recorded and uploaded it to YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/watc...
For those that missed the broadcast PlayStation will upload the video on their official YT channel as well.
But for now you can watch the session with the link I've provided.
Skip to the 12:45 mark for the start of his session (though it's being live streamed right now).
I updated mine, I went from 4.41 to 4.46 (no issues).
And as those with 4.45 said, their console is now fixed also.
That's the sad part about it, they're probably going to charge people twice for the same thing due to that proprietary connector.
Which is quite lame IMO, not that I use the system but I don't condone such behavior either.
A handful of interesting stuff came to be due to users toying with the system on their PC.
If they weren't this type of material wouldn't be out there already.
Not to mention all the actual hardware at E3, packaging is finalized also.
You should take a look at FoxConn, the same company outputs 8m Iphones in a week.
Not to mention all the pre-orders Sony is allowing around the world, I think it's safe to assume that their production is going well.
Nevermind, looking at your replies I can see that you're a troll.
Sony is well ahead with production it seems...that FoxConn speed.
Damn title, for a second I thought it was the team that made the Siren games since they are usually referred to as "Team Siren" by fans.
Agreed, all things considered the Vita version is the one to own (between Vita/Wii) for a lot of reasons.
Not to mention it also has additional DLC which adds more to the overall experience (paid or not).

I'm expecting mine this week, importing the LE version through Amazon. I'll get the DLC also because Kamitani's art is top notch and ...
That video hahaha...everyone is trolling everyone.
Actually IIRC there was a studio that was/is in talks with SEGA to remake SoR, the article was submitted on N4G some months ago.
So it could very well happen if the deal goes through. They had artwork and all that already, but yeah it depends on SEGA.
Also lighten up people...geez.
It's a completely different market...
They are making a driver for one specific OS, 1 GPU with a whole of orders (let's say 70m+ PS4's).
That's more appealing and easier to develop for when it's just one GPU (when compared to PC's with various GPU/OS setups).
As far as graphics go AMD released the 8xxx series and by the end of the year the 9xxx series should be out.
PS3 never received any drivers updated from n...
So it's safe to assume that a global launch is indeed happening, if it's being released in India then Japan surely is going to happen as well.
They also allowed pre-orders in India, not sure what's going on but I thought it's worth mentioning.
Perhaps it will be a global launch, if what Shuhei Yoshida said is to be believed then this will be the biggest launch for PlayStation.
This (FreeBSD) operating system celebrated it's 20th birthday on June 19th, which makes it a very mature OS.
Sony used a version of FreeBSD (Darwin supposedly) on the PS3, the OS is currently around 53mb in size.
Initially it was almost double/triple in size but they were able to cut it down drastically over the years.
Now with PS4 running one of the latest (9.1 is the newest) builds and rumors of the system reserving 2/8 cores and 1Gb of RAM, one...
Hmm...nice attempt?
I find this funnier to be honest: http://www.youtube.com/watc...
Thanks Sheri, going to cancel my order on Amazon and get this edition instead.
@ Aceitman
No weather changes or day/night cycle and no dynamic lighting (pre-baked).
That's why the game is running at 60fps, sacrifices had to be made.
The game uses a lot of assets from FM4 IIRC, it's not build from the ground up.
You'll have to wait till FM6 for such features most likely.
OS is operating system, the PS4 uses an OS with a small memory footprint (Unix core, FreeBSD).
http://www.vgleaks.com/wp-c...
From the image above you now know that the operating system is called "Orbis OS".
The PS4 has 8Gb of high-speed system memory (gDDR5) of which 1Gb is reserved for the operating system, leaving 7Gb available to games.
16.7m to be precise for creating the game, the rest was due to advertising and what's not.
Hence why I used budget (internally for the studio).
http://www.eurogamer.net/ar...
And I never said dollar :P, even after conversion it's still a "small" budget by today's standard of 60m+ budget ...
I read the rumor yesterday on a Dutch site, at this point there's no clear indication that they will follow through with this plan.

They are/were "thinking" about it according to the article, so it could go either way at this point.
