I didn't realize it was pulled from their site. Maybe Nintendo never told them it wasn't to be published.
Because I remember they posted several days beforehand saying when it would appear on their site. And it has already been published in their December issue 2 weeks ago.
There's a lot of people playing the game right now.
Not saying the OP has but I have friends who are playing it.
With Infinity Ward's track record for after sale support, I find this hard to believe.
For those who can't read:
1. This will only come into effect for content purchased AFTER the specified date. All previous content you have purchased will still hold the 5 activation allowance.
2. You will now be able to deactivate your devices from a website (mostly likely qriocity as it already shows you your activated devices). So in the event you purchased new content after the specified date and your console later developed the YLOD or some other ...

But when it happened to RAGE, people blamed the game.

I'm not sure but games published by Sony don't seem to have as strict embargo times as other publishers. The embargo's seem to lift about a week before release.
And I guess with a game as good as UC3 there's nothing to worry about really.

I think the way they addressed the mod support question is basically a nice way of saying no.
It said it won't be available at launch and they'd evaluate it after launch but usually that means no.
