Some people are going to tear shreds off of sites who rate it lower than 9.
It'll play out something like this, as it usually does:
1. Site X Sucks anyway, I don't trust their reviews
2. Microsoft paid them off
3. This Site is a joke, they gave <<Insert game title here>> a higher score.

Nearly every damn game is running a nickel and dime scheme these days with all the DLC they pump out.
If anything they will raise the prices of new games to offset the lost revenue, so it will be us consumers who will still lose out.

This is a silly article that links to a poll on a forum.
All reviews should scrap scoring and it be rated on it's merits and cons, that way people may actually read reviews and not focus on its scoring.

Um, the metacritic score is 80+ for this game.
If you are passing on games that get an average of 80+ then boy, you are missing out on some great games.

I agree with what you said about KZ2. It had a fantastic MP component that is still unmatched on a console.
For me, KZ2 MP is a much better game than KZ3 MP.
I don't know what happened with KZ3. They took everything that was so good with KZ2 such as the clan system, the custom games, the way you could watch 2D playbacks of your recent matches from killzone.com, and the in-game server browser and removed them all from KZ3.

eh, no. PC games rarely ship with graphics drivers at all. It's up to the PC owner to keep their drivers up to date. The game was developed against the latest ATI drivers at the time. Since the game went gold ATI put out broken drivers (for the Battlefield 3 beta) and it borked up the game.

I believe they are supposed to release a 'Super Texture Pack' for the PC version relatively soon.
Perhaps it means that the videos aren't streamed from youtube as that has a 30 fps limit as far as I know.
What about people who still have no broadband?
Some people still play offline and won't have access to download this content, even if the game was purchased new.
I would have played the game without putting in the DLC code other than the fact I read about it here a couple of days ago.
