Yeah, turn based. A lot of FM fans are a bit upset that the new one is a third person shooter more like Chromehounds and the like.
Same guys behind it, too. If you like FFT, you'll love this.
PSP is a JRPG monster. It's insane. It doesn't have a ton of other things, but it's rocking JRPGs and has been for a while now!
Rather looking forward to this... though the character designs kind of suck =/

There's going to be a monthly fee - this is 100% confirmed as per interviews at E3 2009, GamesCom 2009 and TGS 2009. Sorry. Game plays great, though!
FF14 would probably have an install on 360 - FF11 did. It probably has an install on PS3 too.
By the way, a fun point - FF14 actually started production as "Project Rapture" - and that was PC/360 only. PS3 version came later, and 360 version was dropped.
I think at the start of the gen MS were a lot more desperate for content. Now they're not so much, so they're forcing devs to play by their ridiculous, OTT rules...
FF11 always was very very popular in the East anyhow. Looking forward to seeing this at E3! If anyone has any questions for the staff, let me know!
