I don't think the PEGI ratings are that bad, but sadly this particular case is just harsh.
It's more a psychological effect than anything.
Well, this is out in Japan before the years end, while Versus could be as late as Christmas 2010. It's no surprise Square is talking about this but keeping Versus under wraps.
If you're not interested in the movie this is fair enough, but I find a demo being a deciding factor if you are interested ridiculous and foolish, especially with how great the new cut of the movie looks.
For me if they were going handheld I'd like to see 5 and 6 on DS and 7-9 on PSP.
That's a fair comment, really. It's just really some interesting speculation where the evidence we have so far does make the situation seem potentially likely, so thus it's in the rumors section. :)
This is like the sixth time the same thing has been posted.
Interesting, you're right.. weird they haven't mentioned it yet. Sure there will be though, there has been every game since 6.
Keep the faith!
Hopefully we'll get just as solid choices for the English language version! The Break/Combo system sounds cool, too!
"Some of the 486 titles are also bound to be low-budget ports or shovelware, making the claim of a 1 million average to profit slightly strange in our eyes."
Well this place is just quoting select bits of a bigger article from the NEW YORK TIMES. And they've linked to it so it can be seen. I doubt the NYT would make up a quote.
:)
Hey buddy, I'm just trying to help you. I can provide an alternate translation if you like, but are you really going to trust a fansite that is sourcing a translation from another fansite that is sourcing the magazine scans from 2chan?
Go ahead and go to the article and follow the 'source train' We'll see in a week. :)
I have Famitsu in front of me and it says NOTHING about a KH related announcement upcoming any time soon, let alone next week. Please report as fake.
Hopefully they're going to learn from their mistakes and seriously rethink their attitude and approach for the next Square MMO.
Is a shame about the identical graphics, but looking good.
Still coming, Square say.
It's not really about help from Sony, it's not Sony's engine. It's just not an ideal engine for the PS3 and takes a lot of work to get right, and a lot of studios would rather not devote that time and money to get it perfect and just push it out the door. Like I said, if they can't get Unreal Engine right on Xbox, they're really screwed.
It's no good writing an article like this and saying "this game had a boring demo" and "This game didn't play so well" when the writer is revealed to have not been at E3 to expeience things in the very first paragraph. Regardless of which console it favors, it's a bad idea.
