Except name a big time Apple Game you that have to play and tell me it’s worth $3500? Apple is great at launching new product lines and getting Mass adaptation. The problem with this is I think they priced themselves out and it’s not consumer ready.

It all depends on how you want to play the game. If you want to play just the story and try the different classes then it doesn’t matter for the first 50 levels.
If you are planning for end game and further then a more specialized class for sure.

I don't ever see Sony doing day 1. Waiting three years though is another thing. I think 12 to 18 months would be good to release on PC. Give me options on where to play. Sometimes I'm just stuck on the PC and not in the living room because other family members are using it.

Loved the 2600 and the memories it brings back. The hours playing Asteroids and missle command on rainy days.
Looks impressive, but I'm very happy with my Steam Deck. Attractive price for what's inside. If I was buying a new handheld this would make think long and hard between it and the Steam Deck.
I can't even remember. I always liked the Injustice series for this reason.
If they Reboot the franchise I hope the bring in multi tier stage fighting.
I think a 6 is being generous. Very limited on the looting system. No select all option (what year are we in). The graphics are decent I think it's reflective of the art style. My biggest complaint is the AI. It just doesn't see you all the time. I'm not sure if it's because I'm in a spot where I didn't trigger something or what.
I'm good with my Deck and having multiple MicroSD cards (both 1TB). One with Win11 on it and another just for extra storage for steam games. Not that hard swapping and going into Win11 for Gamepass then having Steam as well.
Only if my PS5 died suddenly.
@Surgical when did I mention soundbar? I said a home theater system (a receiver and independent speakers). With my PS5 plugged into my receiver Tempest is just not an option through HDMI.. I don’t use a soundbar, but a 5.2.1 surround setup. Hopefully that changes and they add that option down the road to include receivers.
Let’s hope they ban people from the “Ultra mode” that go in and screw up things for a team (TKing, or blocking a doorway). There is usually someone now and then that does that and thinks it’s funny😡

That’s the whole problem with Tempest. To get 3D audio you have to use headphones (wired or wireless). It doesn’t take advantage of the home theater systems and the audio of the receivers. I much prefer the audio of my home theater speakers of headphones any day. Yet, I can’t take advantage of Dolby Atmos on the PS5 like I can with the Series X.
It's still only 2 channels of sound for the Tempest 3D audio. The chip just makes it 3D audio spatial. So no the Tempest chip does not work with an HDMI connection with a 5.2.1, 5.1, or 7.1 setup. You need wireless headphones to use. So if I am not using the headphones no 3D sound. With Dolby Atmos I still get that option if I am not using my earphones since I'm running a 5.2.1 setup.
@Maximus With MS Reward points I haven't had to buy subscription pass in over 6 months. Between the games not on Game Pass and then buying games from game pass I earn enough points each month to get a new monthly pass added on to my subscription.
