I'm fairly certain most people don't want to have to buy the largest ( and extremely overpriced ) 32gb memory cards ( or multiple 32gb memory cards ) just so they can download their PSP games.
Nor would they want to waste hours downloading them.
The fact that the 3DS plays DS games is a big reason why people upgraded from a DS/lite/DSi.

The game is in need of another patch or two before it's worth playing.
It's been out since september I think. Just wait for an expansion.

Diablo 2 sold over 12.5 million copies...how much more expanded can it get?
If anything I imagine going multiplat will just hurt PC sales, not to mention the harm their DRM will have done.

Besides they owe me for SC2. POS reskin with a 15hr campaign ( vs maybe a 50hr campaign for SC1 )
It was a massive, choice filled Sci-Fi RPG the likes of which has not been seen since star wars.
That any developer can make a franchise with lore and detail to rival the greatest Sci-Fi of all time is nothing short of amazing.
The problem was in the execution.
Great story and atmosphere in ME1, but terrible controls and combat.
Great combat and controls in ME2, but lame story.

I think you underestimate how big the differences are in graphics.
Consoles are DX9...PC is DX11.
So not only do you have all the assets ( shadows, texture character models, draw distances, AF, AA, lighting ) all significantly better. But you also have all sorts of graphical features not on the consoles, soft shadows, advanced DOF, advances ambient occlusion, tessellation, much better shaders, 128bit HD...
I agree that graphics are not as important as gameplay.
But basic things like resolution, which require no specific programming relative to a lesser resolution, or frame rates, can always benefit from better hardware.
I think if next gen was 1080p 60 frames and a widescreen FOV, but with graphics the same as this gen, people would still be very happy.
Or maybe until certain still living at home children on this site like yourself, they work for their money and hence actually have a concept of value ( it's value is determined by it's cost in terms of how much you have to work to be able to afford it ).
The only people who don't factor in cost are children.

I won't be getting one until FFX HD comes out, so I'll pick up a coloured one for $50 less than they cost now at the end of the year for FFX.
