Both the 360 and PS3 are seen as hardcore systems. Their controllers have the same amount of buttons, they're both high-tec, and their games are generally made for an older audience. They are both trying to appeal to younger and casual gamers.
Only the Wii is seen as a truly casual system. Wii may sell the most, but Wii is also the system that's least played by its owners.
Yeah, he's saying it with wishful thinking. The PS3 has been embarrassed so far in the multiplatform category, so it's no surprise that he would say this.

MGS4 is awesome I'm sure, but I have to laugh at the Sony fanboys who actually thought that the release of MGS4 would be "Doomsday" for the 360.
After 6 weeks on the market, MGS4 has sold 2577415 copies according to VG Chartz. After 6 weeks on the market, on the 360 alone (not counting PC), Gears of War sold 2748591 copies.
I'll spare Sony fanboys the shame by not posting sales figures for the same time period for Halo 3, but you can look it (or any game) ...
I think it's a poor business move by Activision. Ghostbusters was a Game Informer cover story a few months back, and it's been generating a lot of buzz. I know that I have been looking forward to it. It is a game that would create a lot of nostalgia for gamers like myself who grew up in the 80's and early 90's. Let's hope this game makes it back on track.

The graphics looks great in this game. The far away stuff looks pretty awesome. If I had to nit-pick though, I'd say that the nearby rooftops need more texture.
This guy needs to skip the complaining then and just get rid of his 360. The fact that he broke his Xbox 1 headset in 30 seconds and that he isn't smart enough to buy a battery charger and rechargeable batteries for his controller (and all of his other battery-powered electronics) tells me he's a dolt.
Speaking of the controller, I believe there was an article on this very website some time back that tested the battery life of each controller. Guess which controller won. Yup...

He would pick Halo of course, because it's the highest selling exclusive. MGS4 is awesome, but let's face it, it's not the pop-culture, money making juggernaut that Halo is. God forbid Sony have Halo. It might actually help the PS3 make a profit.
I'm glad he said what he said though. That's the difference between Sony and MS. MS works hard to get as many games from the other camp as it can, and they're not shy about letting everyone know that they like stealing exclusives....
