Wow what great prices! i'm gonna go there right now!!!
lulz.
That touch screen remote is sick. I can't justify spending more than 2 grand on a TV though unless i was rich. I'm gonna wait a while and see if 3D really kicks off to decide to get these TV's.
This guy is right. Even if people are mad about some of the cuts, you have to ignore it and buy the game if you want that kind of content to be put back in, or Yakuza 4 to come to the states.
You're only hurting your own chances as well as other people in the west by boycotting the game. Everyone who cares about the series needs to buy the game for any chance of part 4, period.
Well the difference is that Sony will likely support it with it's own big games like Killzone 3, and maybe even patch it for games that would benefit like Demons Souls.
A lot of great 1st party games could benefit from this rather than just shovelware. I still prefer the controller but I would love to try it with a game like Demons Souls.
If anyone's interested in hearing more about the controller, there's a guy at NeoGAF who seems to know what's up. I and others there believe him.
He said the following:
Just saw pictures of Wand/Nunchuk so:
Nunchuck has an analog stick at the front, below that X and O and below that a D pad. Underneath is L1 and L2. Its actually long, not like the Wii Nunchuk.
As for the Wand it has one very big button on top and then all four facebuttons (X...
A petition would work if it was a million signs or more. 5,000 isn't going to cut it though.
And by work I mean it might get talked about by big name sites like Yahoo, MSNBC etc. as some "controversial" thing, like MW2 russian level.
In the one where he holds the guys head up the difference is huge.
100% agree. This happens with every single major PS3 game it seems.
These reviewers that keep talking about no innovation are starting to piss me off.
A game like Heavy Rain innovates and does everything right and they give it AA. Then they complain about lack of innovation on the games they give AAA.
You can't have your cake and eat it too. These guys need to realize some games are better off staying tried and true, and others can do new things.
roflmao @ will11's post. Dude nobody is going to read that sorry.
MGS4 is a no-brainer, glad the guy mentioned Folklore though. I'd finish Folklore for the trophies but it's not gonna happen =/.
The moment internet starts being charged is the moment i start using linux for internet and dualboot for games on windows. Luckily i don't think charging for internet will ever happen, there's just way too many people using it now and paying the ISP, there's no way everyone would just say okay.
I'm so hyped right now, i already posted on the blog as "napkin" my thoughts, i can't wait.
It'll probably be a feature that Killzone 2 had like changing game modes inbetween a match, but Bungie will get all the credit.
I wish it would be Folklore 2, but Game Republic said it won't happen =(
You have no idea what you're talking about. I've been watching Jaffe's video blogs forever and the guy is one of the most down to earth, honest, nicest guys i've ever seen. I love listening to him, he's the complete opposite of what you think.
You probably saw some out of context quotes and joined the rally train of anti-Jaffe people just because some GAF members raged on him for disliking Gamestop policies.
There is really no reason at all to hate Jaffe, watch his b...
Agree. I have a PSP but the controls for these kinds of games are always horrible. I don't even care about the graphics really it's just the lack of a 2nd analog stick makes these games unplayable for me.
Sam Lake wrote Max Payne 1 and 2 and is writing Alan Wake.
For that the guy deserves infinite internets. Max Payne 1/2 has some of the best writing EVER. I love those damn games.
I'm still pissed AW isn't coming to PC (so far), but that's not Lake's fault so he's still kew. Not buying the RROD-jet runway box just for Alan Wake though, i'll wait for PC news and see what happens.
*goes to dictionary.com to see what egalitarian means.*
K. Now i'm very hyped. I barely play my Wii, but I enjoyed the first game and kept it for the 2nd. Hopefully the 2nd isn't as linear, but we'll see. I love Yoshi so i'm glad we get to use him this time.
I say work on it for like 4 years and have it as a next-gen PS4 launch title.
