There's no way i'm getting this game if it's going to go MW2/RE5 and just add tons of action and take out the scares.
It's already on my negative side after that statement. The first game was good but needed more environment variety, and more psychological scares, not tons of UBER OMG action.
I fully believe the Go was a last ditch effort to get as much profit out of the PSP as possible before they announce PSP2 at this E3 (Hopefully, with 2 analog sticks).
I didn't get one, 250 was way too much, it looks nice and all but it needed more features to warrant that price.
It seems like at every new release they say this will be our last one and then release a new one. Bungie has made billions and they can't use 1/10th of that for a new IP? Talk about being scared of taking risks. Atleast Sony puts out tons of new IPs this-gen.
Maybe the new one will be Reach ODST: 4 hour campaign, 3 new multiplayer maps and a new MP mode. Price: 60$.
Bungie wins, Microsoft wins, Customers and fans lose.
You're right, it is just you, because everyone else with eyes and a brain wants Heavy Rain.
Do what Cartman did and freeze yourself, lulz.
I've already played and beaten ME2 on PC. I can post pics to prove it if you want, great game, but I want it on PS3 because i'll go after the platinum. I like getting trophies on the PS3 but I don't really care about achievements on PC.
I think Reach will look good, but I hope fanboys don't become delusioned and think it'll look better than Killzone 2/Uncharted 2. Apparently Reach will have large open-scale battles so the graphics will likely not be up to par as those 2 titles, but a lot of people will think it is for some reason.
I also hope Reach doesn't copy things from Killzone 2 like the changing-MP modes during an online game and then everyone acts like they invented it first.
A PC version is too outside of gaming for them I guess.
"The key to success with a retrofitted motion controller is penetration,"
rofl, poor choice of words to say the least
Agree with this. Square Enix says it's because they want to make both versions equal but FF13 is the first PS3 RPG and Square produced like 4 for the 360 already.
They're showing so much love to the 360 but can't put Japanese voices on the PS3 version? Even though there's room on the Blu Ray? It's BS.
Just look at this guy, for some reason he looks so smug and just looks like a backstabber.
@ 6.3 We don't need Gears 2 when we have Uncharted 2, Alan Wake will come for PC eventually and we don't need Crackdown 2 when we have Infamous/Infamous 2 coming out.
Or a PC and a PS3
@travor, DS games don't count the system barely needs resources for anything and have extremely low production costs. Nintendo should be able to churn out atleast 4-5 of those every gen.
100% agree. The only reason they're doing a 2nd 3D Mario now too is because everyone complained so much and they're thankfully listening.
If nobody complained I bet they wouldn't be making a new 3D Mario. We'd be stuck with whatever they put out.
I'm sure all 3 of them are doing research into the next consoles already, not really surprising. I hope Sony doesn't feel they have to rush and get out there first, I like reliable consoles and I want PS3 to stay a lot longer.
I can vouch for people saying SVER people are guys from the beta. I'm one of them. The reason SVER people keep winning is because we do what we're supposed to do, we capture the objectives and work as a team for each other.
Valor and Raven both attract the COD noobs who run and gun, therefore they lose. The only problem now though is the COD noobs see SVER winning and they're gonna hop over to our squad now and ruin things. Eventually SVER is going to go down in quality, maybe th...

The game looks great so far, but putting it on the Wii is instant death.
They should port it to PS3/360 because of the upcoming motion controls, and add AA so there's no tons of jaggies like there always are on Wii games.
