While we're at it let's take politics out of books, movies and music right? Because i'm sure some people don't want it in those either.
Please, politics can be in games all it wants. Gaming has to evolve, stop treating it like some random way to pass the time and let it mature into a respected medium of art and opinion.
I liked the first game's demo but I didn't get the game because I didn't have the money. I wanted the 2nd game also but the same problem occured.
Now I have a steady job though and can get part 3 i'm definitely going to because I liked the demo's for both of them.
Episode 3 was supposed to come out like years ago. It's a new record for Valve Time I think.
It's lame as hell that they would make Left 4 Dead 2 (an un-needed sequel a year after part 1) BEFORE giving us any news on Episode 3.
Come on Valve, you're great on everything else, but that idea was terrible for Half Life fans even though i'm sure it made you a lot of money. Whatever. You didn't get any money out of me for L4D2 and i'm glad. ...
Thanks for the link, I didn't know that happened. Now I'm hopeful that Sony will still show a new Agent trailer or something.
They're probably making a singleplayer campaign also because a lot of complaints of the first Warhawk was it didn't have one, which is probably why it's taking so long to develop. It should be amazing though.
The superior original is already out so eh. I don't see how someone could get scared from rail shooters, I tried with the rail resident evil games on Wii and they're just dreadfully boring imo.
I really wish I was a programmer right about now, it must be so fun to work with them, Naughty Dog or Insomniac.
Good, PS3 owners don't want/care for it. Uncharted 2 will still be better for the singleplayer alone, let alone Uncharted 3.
rofl what are you talking about, there was nothing in what he said that indicated he was anything you said he was.
This guy just wants our games to have more meaning in its storytelling and make us reflect on the world around us as well as ourselves like books and movies do. What does that have to do with financing wars.
Japan or bust.
I wouldn't mind London, just make the streets a little larger than they were in The Getaway, it was annoying as hell trying to speed through those, but the game was unique either way.
The other problem is these places need recognizable landmarks, I mean Louisiana seriously? Who cares about that state. The place has to be a world-renowned area imo with important landmarks and cultural references, not just some random state/country that Rock...
More PS3 exclusives.
Microsoft buying up Modern Warfare DLC, Sony investing in developers for full unique games.
Another one bites the dust M$. Can't wait until next-gen when all you're gonna have is Halo 7 and DLC for a random multi-plat as your launch games.
PS3 haters in full effect with the disagrees.
Agent details incoming. Spy thriller exclusive to Sony's Playstation 3 Home Computer Entertainment System.
Just 2 weeks away.
check PM shaft
Definitely getting this.
EVERYONE play the first Mafia on PC before this game comes out. You will NOT be disappointed.
What the hell are you guys talking about. Neither of those are good criticisms. If anything the story for Uncharted 2 was TOO over the top compared to part 1, but that's still not a bad thing. Uncharted 2 was basically perfect.
The only thing i'd do differently is 1. Add more puzzle sections (as well as make them more difficult) and 2. Make the main villain more interesting. He was too cliche and he seems more like a henchman rather than the 'genius behind it all&...
Trying to damage control Killzone 3 news.
Great game deserves the sales, they really worked on fixing the problems with the first game and there's tons more stuff to do.
AC2 expanded the features so much I felt bad about buying the first game full price, just because of how gimped it feels when compared to AC2.
It's not just about graphics but processing/GPU power in general. There's things you can do on PSP that will never be available on DS and on DS you always have to settle for top down 2D kinds of games rather than full blown 3D ones.
Why? If the developers want to put it in their game it's their choice, and you have no right to say otherwise. Makes no difference whether it's a game, movie, book etc.
