The publisher of this game has confirmed that Bioshock is a 360 exclusive. That is stronger evidence of exclusivity than alot of other rumors. Right know if you want to enjoy this game but only own a PS3 it's like MGS4 to a 360 owner , just ain't gonna happen , for now I guess.

You could spin this in an opposite direction stating that Sony shipped a ton of PS3 to Europe and only sold 70 to 75% of it's launch shipment.
The developers and console manufactures care about America. If the 360 takes America that is under some accounts 60% of the videogame market.
All this arguing at it still doesn't matter. The PS3 is still VERY much in 3rd place. There is one fact you will all see , this is a brilliant move ! Expect close to half if not more of the U.S. userbase to upgrade to the Elite. This on paper is an installed base boost. MS is not going to take into account all the trade-ins , they are going to launch a press release stating that sales are up.
