I have been thinking about a Wii to compliment my 360. The only concern I have is , will every single game use the Wiimote , or just a majority. I would really like if it had some games that you could use the standard controller for. Also what titles have been confirmed for the BC library , just first party titles? Or could I play Shadowgate from the NES?

It really makes me laugh when people say "We need Bluray so that developers can make a 40gig game , that's next gen!" Are these people on crack? That would be a game encompassing like 800+ hours of gameplay that would have a production cost of 10 times the current AAA title! It is never ever going to happen. Not to mention that if a game that fits on a 9GB DVD is in production from concept to store shelf for 3+ years any idea what a 30GB game would take to design and program " ...
I am excited about this game. The reason being I think he has things to prove to the fans after the broken promises of the first Fable. Which was a great game.
It isn't a launch until you walk into your local gaming store to buy your brand spankin' new system and get to choose from 3 or 4 EA launch titles. It's become a gaming tradition.
I have no idea why Sony keeps kicking themselves in the teeth. They want to say the Next Gen statrts when they say so. Then they release screen shots like this. Is this a PS2 title? Listen the concept sounds fun and I am not condemning the game till I see more of it. I just think Sony needs to release more screens from top notch games and not an Eye Toy game with really poor but shiny graphics. I think any Sony fan would agree , they want to see more Assassin's Creed or MGS4 or Devil May Cry ...
Is it just me or does it seem that SSJO4 wants a 360 soooo baaad , he could taste it? His comments are lingering on raw envy mixed with a daily glass of haterade. I worry about SSJ's chances of even getting a PS3.
That is a little harsh. That game looks next gen. The lighting effects alone are really nice. I am still worried about the AA issues and the jaggies. I feel that has to be corrected in development for this to be considered " true next gen."

I am going to follow this game. PS systems have consitenly had issues with AA and jaggies. Now I want to see if this game improves further into development. For examples of what I am talking about look at all the outside edges. The top of the red dot scope on the gun. The top rail of the robots. The rough textures on the guys uniform especially the edges around the padding on the vest. You don't see these things on a 360. This is still a very hot looking game but I am really curious to see if...
One of the first PS3 games that looks Next Gen from even screenshots. The buildings in the backround have AA problems and jaggies but I am sure that will go away. Good looking title.

That does leave MS and Nintendo as the only two gaming machines left on the market. It seems that is Sony Corporate protocol to call the PS3 a computer. He ribbed the 360 again ... poorly in my opinion. Ha whatever.
A Sony Rep confirmed the Inquirer article as FACT. I have to say that the rebuttal explanation from another article really did make sense though. So I can't honestly say the 16MB memory cache or whatever will hinder the Cell. I haven't heard or read otherwise.
Please Say... "In my opinion the PS3 will bring TRUE Next Gen gameplay." When people state that sentence as fact , ie, "The PS3 is the only true Next Gen console." I find it the most obnoxious statement made by any camp , really. On topic , who were these developers? I am not stating I don't believe or don't understand the article. I don't like rebutting an article with secret sources , with even mor secret anonomyus (sp?) sources.
It did well enough to release Fable : The Lost Chapters. Which wasn't even a sequel but the same game with extended play and missions. It reviewed well and is widely considered a good game. Though truthfully it was missing promised features.
