Doesn't change the fact that it's widely known that points are bumped for Nintendo titles. BOTW was massively flawed...but yet it's around the highest rated game ever. If that was on PS or Xbox it'd score far lower and those flaws would be taken into account

Another reason is the fact you get years of gamepass for basically nothing using the £1 trick
It's very rough looking and the framerate doesn't look great but you know it'll still score 95+ because of Nintendo points. If this was a Playstation game it'd get slaughtered. I don't wanna be too negative though because it does look fun and innovative and that's what it should be mostly about I guess

@bandarhub just because you didn't like it doesn't mean it's not a masterpiece. Many didn't like ER too that doesn't mean it's not great. It scored 88 and that was including reviews that voted it down simply for JKs views. It would be 90+ if judged only on the game. And that's a masterpiece. Games don't have to be difficult for the sake of it just to be great. Most games are easier like HWL, doesn't mean they're bad. Saying it has bad level design makes...
I'm a massive turn based fan but with Yoshi P at the helm I have zero worries for this game
It was always a good looking game, it's a shame people on PS miss out. Thing is on a game like this which you don't have camera movements in an open world 30fps is probably fine.
People can insult it but I'd love them to release it on newer consoles. It'll soon be the only numbered FF in the whole series not playable on PS4/5

I mean it's PS5 only so of course it will track lower because it's been incredibly difficult to get one there but they are selling a hell of a lot of consoles now and one main reason for that will be FFXVI.
Never get this whole battery life thing. People shouldn't be playing for 6-7 hours without a break anyway. Charge it for half an hour, take a break, have some dinner, talk to your family. And you can still play with jt charging. Sure, more is always better but it's not a massive issue
@hypertension you're right. TLOU2 is still the best looking game I've ever played and its on PS4. Shouldn't all Series X games be blowing it out of the water if that was the case. But not a single one does.
So Demons Souls' Ratchet and Clank and Returnal don't match the visual quality of stuff like Starfield which looks like an Xbox One game? Get out of here 😂😂
PS Essential isnt the service to compare to Gamepass though, that would be Games with gold. Gamepass is about 3x the cost. Now compare it to PS Extra which is frequently discounted.
