That 90% headline was very misleading as it included mobile games and PC which of course are only digital and massively skew the numbers. 6.4 million games were sold in December in the UK, 3.5 million of which were physical. That's what...60% physical? It's still nowhere near a mostly digital market in the UK to be honest.
Demo isn't close for me. There's some really beautiful areas in the game. I wish I could share my screenshots here to be honest. Obviously it's not at the level of Ragnarok or Forbidden West. But what is?
I don't care what the reviews say I'm really liking it. It's the best traversal I've experienced in an open world game, so fluid. The magic is great fun to use. And the graphics really arent bad at all. Love the humour betwern Frey and Cuff too. The demo and compressed videos online do it no justice. Reviews are out 4 days before release. More than enough time to cancel if it's awful. I've saved like £15 on the release price price with a preorder is generally always worth it. If the reviews weren't out in time I could sell it for more than I paid if it's a car crash
I don't think it will to be honest. I'd be incredibly surprised if it scores under 80. I expect 85+
That's more than likely because of PS5 shortage. Now that seems to be over they've sold about 1500 Series X in around 2 months. His number probably isn't miles off
This is pointless. The Series X sold 205 units last week. Why give themselves the bad name of Xbox having a hardware price increase for that.
There is a few flops (not counting forspoken in that yet). But FFXVI and Rebirth are shaping up to be the best in years. I expect them both to smash sales

This looks really good. Hopefully they don't have it so you can get the best cars right away it becomes stale. It's far better when you have to work up to them

It would be a shame that. I'd love to see what they could do with a current gen Uncharted. The character models are still among the best I've seen and that was 7 years ago
It really is on how well they bother to implement it. If you try Astros Playroom you can actually feel the different surfaces and guess what they are without looking. It's great
@Meaty the one that sticks out is Mafia 2 definitive I loved playing that and it got a 56. Naturally though that would put most off. I played XIII and it was a 4. Buggy game but Skyrim was incredibly buggy and got a 96 😂 (absolutely not comparing the two btw as im actually playing Skyrim again right now) But I did actually have some fun with it, got the platinum and sold it. I don't get when we reached the days of 7/10 games meaning something went wrong. It's a good score. Days Gone scored similar and I loved that so after watching reviews I've decided to buy it. The magic looks very fun to use and the banter between Frey and Cuff with it making fun of you sounds funny. Also apparently it's nothing like the demo as that area isn't even in the game (which is odd marketing from SE)
It's 1440 with some minor drops to 720 in full performance mode. I'm playing in quality mode. It tops out at 4K and with 120hz mode on you get the higher frame rates like Ratchet and Clank and Ragnarok. It's really nice to look at and plays well.
