That is not how it works. The last game was ALSO a cross gen game that had to be made for the last gen consoles. This game is free from that shackle. The character looked pretty much like that in the PS3 and 360 versions too. So what the hell happened?

Horizon Zero Dawn is a perfect example of a game that is far larger than any smaller level from the studio's previous work on the same console, like with Killzone Shadow Fall, and yet the visuals were turned up to 11, inc...

Err PS4 standard looked better than the Xbone running The Witcher 3 since on Xbone that 2007 1080p TV isn't even getting the proper use it deserves with that version. Obviously the Pro version is going to look better.

@Septic It does suck. I am avoiding GT Sport like the plague because of its online focus................. or a game made by EA this gen. No sugar coating it.

Now, enjoy hearing me whine the next six months about all those online focused upcoming Xbox exclusives because you CAN'T use GT Sport as an excuse later because I just acknowledged it sucks.
Although it hasn't been confirmed yet if the offline content requires online like The Crew or Need For Speed No...

Cool to know, shame about the game itself and its EA style of pure easy avoidery.

No, Elena and Jeff the cameraman before Drake crossed paths with them in Uncharted 2 :)

Yet plenty of times on the PlayStation side I have experienced getting FREE exclusive DLC. COD is just one of the exceptions and as pointed out, yes, it was just the same deal with Xbox but reversed. Destiny is another great example but again, a game I avoid like the plague and don't give a rat's about regardless.

Last gen, every time PlayStation users got exclusive DLC for an Assassin's Creed game, it was free. Just about every single time Microsoft did somethi...

Its kind of embarrassing and they already got a lot of back lash for promoting it. Apparently its just 1V1 in VR and only an AI opponent too. The VR component and its implementation and the time it probably took to make, sounds utterly pointless then.

Exactly, Horizon Zero Dawn didn't have them and went on to sell 4 million units since, on a single platform. The Shadow of Mordor's sequel's sales are going to suffer if anything because of this mess.

Cool, interesting to see CD Project Red's sales, I mean GOG.

Please tell me you actually bought it and just haven't got round to playing it yet. Otherwise your "shout out" is horrendous.

@threefootwang Maybe because they already closed down literally the best people out there that could have made a Fable 4, you know, the same people that worked on the previous games in the series? Isn't that obvious lol?

"Why wouldn't they do that?" Its nearly only 2 years since Fable Legend was cancelled. It is now over 16 years that Microsoft has owned the Conker franchise. There is a huge fanbase there that would love a new game, potentially people that...

Maybe but like I said, its very unlikely they would do that when they already showed their complete disinterest in Fable by taking their very own studio of the of the series and closing them down. Its quit the opposite thing to get anybody hyped to say "NOW, is the time for a Fable 4 since Fable 3 in 2010, nearly 2 years after the closure of its creator's studio."

It wouldn't be as hard to pick up the pieces as other franchises though.
Surely all the assets and world is still there from the 3 years development of Fable Legends on Unreal Engine 4. It would be very beneficial for another developer to step in and try to build a new proper Fable game with that data.
How could it ever happen though? Microsoft already closed down the best studio out there that could have made a Fable 4. They are hardly going to go out of their way to sp...

Still very disappointed with it overall though. The story only took an hour to complete.
And the other character stories were achieved by just one single fight and an awful in engine looking "Ending" cutscene. And the person you fought with some characters was so bizarre and random and EVERY single "pair up" was just a lazy alternate version of the same ending.
For example when you pick Yoshimitsu you fight Lars and then get a cutscene where he interacts ...

Why was this game brought to Europe back in the day for SNES when not a single Final Fantasy game was until VII?

@nativegoku Thanks for the great argument and discussion to my pure FACTS. It's always great to hear the same lazy excuses time and time again. It's a comment thread, you comment here with something to say.

Cool, I managed to get the big CE on Ubisoft's website with a 40% discount code after they screwed up an order at Xmas last year. I also applied the 20% Uplay discount on the order too lol (not the 700 quid CE, the 150 quid one). So I have the Season Pass sorted anyway. :)
