I'm pretty sure they already said it wasn't coming this year. I think we will see it next spring or summer.

I agree. If you really want to get a feel for what this game looks like download the 1080p/60 refresh rate. Racing games look to be making a comeback! I might even invest in a racing rig and seat now + Morpheus!

Eight to 12 cars is a more realistic expectation considering the level of detail (dat lighting and draw distance)in the game. They could lock the game at 45 FPS. Lower frame rate seems to offer a better sense of speed while the higher refresh rates make games look smoother. Maybe they will meet in the middle somewhere.
I just heard the original cast is coming to the The next Star Wars movie. I wonder if they will be in the next game as well.

Oh how quickly history is forgotten. How many AAA exclusives where there in the first 6 months of the PS3? In my opinion a fun game is a fun game. I have probably logged more hours on Fat Princess than I have on Killzone Shadow Fall. The AAA games will come. In the mean time, enjoy some FEZ!
Or instead of assembling a PC for slightly more than a PS4 that you will not be able to play console exclusive titles on and that may run "most games at 30FPS" you could just pay $399 for a PS4.

I don't know about this game but the devs that are working on The Division have already stated that residents of NYC will have a distinct advantage in terms of navigating the city.
It wont make or break it but I think it will be a great way to experience the game.

It actually seems strange to me that this was not one of the very first things they did. The ability to see your hand in the VR space seems pretty important.
