Anyone still comparing it to 3D TV instantly undermines any credence they think their opinion may have.
They are so far apart, VR has so much money being poured into it, leaves a far bigger impact and has far greater support.
Add to that it's potential outside of gaming, VR has a very bright future
I honestly don't know anyone with an xone, I'm sure there are but I just don't know any, I do know a lot of people who have switched from the 360 to the PS4 though.
The PS4 has certainly proved to be the console of choice this gen.
Day 1 for me too, patiently waiting for it's release.
3D didnt pick up because the experience wasn't that great, the people making that argument have no idea of the impact VR has, VR is far more memorable than anything 3D could possibly achieve..
Bring it on.
Not for me, popped in then out again, if the site comes to that count me out.
Why? many people are excited by it, including me, If you're not interested don't follow or read about it.
Azz did you even read the comment a few about this one?, a lot of the heavy lifting is done by the VR, Sony have said as much.
If you were really interested, it is not hard to see examples of some pretty impressive VR experiences, whatever you might think of VR you have to accept Sony's offering is a more than capable VR offering and something PS4 owners can look forward to experiencing.
I could carry on the discussion, but you are I'm afraid a little naive about the subject, I accept you don't mean to be and you certainly hold no malice to anyone, transgendered or otherwise, but it is fair to say you make comments not based on truth but your own feelings.
I accept without looking more into the subject you have little more to form an opinion, all I would say is it's an uninformed one.
They are already looking pretty good, the PS4 gets help from the VR device, so the experience should be more than good enough to make VR a viable option on the PS4.
No Cobra 3D TV's main issue was the experience wasn't that great, VR is a totally different ballgame, it has the WOW factor 3D TV could only dream about.
Umm... will you still be laughing when VR takes off and you are left with egg on your face?
It is beyond belief that people still compare VR to 3D TV, they are miles apart, the investment in VR is huge and the impact it has is so much more than simple 3D TV.
VR is here to stay and will only grow from here, ten years from now the experience will be so much more refined, but these are the first proper steps for VR
"Stop caring about what they say"
I think she is well past caring what they say, but that doesn't mean it's been easy, her struggles with society pales with the unhappiness being trapped in the wrong body brings.
She is hopefully coming out the other side, one things for sure peoples ignorance and lack of understanding have made that journey much more difficult than it needed to be.
The old nature verses nurture, you cannot nurture transgenderism, as sd11 points out individuals are aware from a very young age and has nothing to do with the way they are bought up.
There are many examples of children from the same family bought up the same but one being transgendered, one example I found as intriguing as it is surprising, a case where identical twins (two girls) one happy another choosing to live as a boy.
There have been many studies of t...
You have to wonder what the people disagreeing are disagreeing about, the ignorance being expressed in this article is pretty sad.
I think the first thing you need to accept is that men and women are different, not just physically but mentally, you must have heard the phrase Men are from Mars Women are from Venus, it is basically highlighting the differences in the way men and womens brains are programmed (for want of a better word)
If you accept that anf there are plenty of studies that prove it, then is it such a huge leap to suggest that programming might not fit in the body you are born with?
...
It was that same attitude that caused a man who played a major part in breaking the Enigma code to take his life, I thought society had grown less ignorant, sadly people like you prove otherwise.
Move support was tacked on to Heavy Rain when Move came out, I loved Heavy Rain, but to be honest Move didnt add much, although I did give Move a try I prefered the controller.
Not sure if it will still be in the remaster (cant see why not) so maybe you will do better.
It certainly will snowball, of course VR has to start somewhere, but as more and more people become not just aware but are able to try out the tech for themselves more and more will understand what makes VR Unique.
VR is here to stay, though it may take a while to fully realise it's potential.
