I think it's mostly for people with consoles who can't go download extra house mods. Or the house building mods. Doesn't sound too exciting to me from the feature list but I'm pretty sure it's just filler until more landmass arrives.

I agree, I only really played the demo but the whole of that felt un challenging. Combat, climbing, puzzles. It was all so easy AI didn't feel engaged.

They had all these great sounding concepts and the only game I know for sure they put out (without looking it up) is wipeout. Studios shouldn't get pidgeon holed into one game by publishers.
What I think betheseda have done is split the people working on skyrim into two teams. One small and one large. The small one is working on content like dawnguard and whatever this next dlc is. While the other is working on larger dlc, they could possibly even be working on spreading the game out past the borders of skyrim. Everyone knows the map extends through most of cyrodiil and morrowind, plus they have the passes/ entrance gates to those areas. Which they did say was just for immersion ...

I agree it's gotten super simple in this day and age. Everything is plug and play, you barely have to worry about drivers anymore. Most people are all intimidated by the hardware aspect but really it's mostly as easy as plugging cords into things. That being the case they will very likely release gt6 on the ps3 since it'll be a cheaper business move. Back when it came out I played through mgs2 and didn't have a problem with it. I was actually quite surprised when the hd versions were announced and everyone was complaining about raiden. I theoretically understand the point the complainers make but in realistic terms they just come across as having low self esteem.

I just like to think gaming is still in the jason and the argonauts period of writing. Which if you don't know about it is the ancient greek story about the guy and his crew who go questing for the golden fleece. They battle a bunch of monsters and get kicked around by gods before jason triumphs in the end.

I call bs on that. LoL was a new brand from a relatively new company and its wiping the floor with every large brand free to play game there is.
