Sadly, some people will just look at the title and dismiss it as PR talk.
Anyways, it does make you wonder if the series would have been as successful if co-op was originally implemented as Mikami had planned.
Is it impossible to believe that some reviewers actually find Call of Duty to be enjoyable?
Just because you don't like Call of Duty doesn't mean no one can like it.
Honestly, this "crusade" that most of the user reviewers have is pointless. Do they honestly think they are going to change anything by giving the game a 0? As long as people are willing to buy Call of Duty, 0's from users have no meaning whatsoever.
I think Nintendo should buy the Eternal Darkness property. Nintendo did file a trademark back in 2011 for the game and they have a patent on the sanity effects.
I find it funny when people get the developer wrong when reviewing a game.
Ragnarok Odyssey is not developed by GungHo Entertainemnt, it is in fact developed by Game Arts (developer of the Lunar series). GungHo only provided consultation since it is based on Ragnarok Online.
Sleeping Dogs is definitely the sleeper hit of the year.
THQ considers Darksiders II a flop because they had so much riding on it. If they were not on the verge of bankruptcy, I bet they would have been celebrating the numbers.
It's going to be tough to pick the Vita's GOTY. Gravity Rush, LBP Vita, Ragnarok Odyssey, and Persona 4, are all fantastic games.
It's a really great game, especially of you enjoy Monster Hunter games. Multiplayer is a lot of fun, even though it is a bit laggy.
I really feel sorry for European fans waiting for a Persona 4 Arena release. It looks like Zen really dropped the ball on this one, and it is too bad that Persona Arena is region locked.
I really enjoyed Muramasa when it was released on the Wii, and seeing as how the Vita version is going to have extra content, I guess I will buy it again. It really is a great game.
Yep. JRPGs went the handheld route, so the PSP and DS received the lions share of the genre. So far it looks like the same will happen with the 3DS and Vita.
Is it safe to assume that he doesn't play any of the Duke Nukem games then?
So the pretty much just said they are going to be selling the pre-order bonuses for around $4.99 (this is Capcom we are talking about).
It varies from publisher to publisher though, it is very inconsistent. For example, Deep Silver didn't have a set deadline for when they would like their Risen 2 review up, and Konami allowed me two weeks to beat Silent: Book of Memories for their review.
I completely agree with you though, publishers really shouldn't be to pushy about review deadlines, especially if they send the game a week early. Try reviewing multiplayer before a release date, it's really toug...
I agree and disagree with your post. You have to understand that reviewers have a deadline to meet, and sometimes the publishers will send a game out a week before the launch, and want the review up a few days before the launch date.
Most reviewers have no choice but to set the difficulty to easy and bypass looking for extras. However, I think something like that should be stated in the review.
Well, Arc is pretty crazy about DLC. Different palette colors are $5.99 and DLC characters for BlazBlue: Continuum Shift were $7.99.
All I know is the DLC for Arena are just colors and glasses, but the prices are crazy.
Get it if you have not already done it. Persona 4 Arena is a really fun fighter, and it has a great story. I would highly recommend it to fighting and Persona fans.
I always think those two games get left out of the conversation when talking about horror games. Granted, Amnesia is fairly recent, but that is why I think they deserved a spot.
(Also, your list isn't loading for some reason).
People are seriously complaining that there are mixed reviews for ZombiU? God forbid people have to read more than one review instead of glancing at the number.
If you are really unsure about the game, just rent it if you can, if not just go with your gut feeling.
