As I mentioned in the article, the original NES Classic was cute. But the whole premise of Classic Consoles has now become a product line that's lost its magic.
PS. The article was inspired by the N64 Classic rumor --also in the copy. So yeah, hold your horses with the abuse until you've taken the time to read something.
Monster Hunter is an example of a continual revenue stream, so not sure what you're talking about.
This comment section is full of people making wild, uniformed assumptions based on a sentence long quote from a financial report.
You're right, it is in equal measure! It started the ball rolling for Microsoft to bring in big quality of life changes, no doubt. But now things have come full circle --Microsoft is building a superb ecosystem and Sony has to respond.
Origins is not 90. Who said that? You're confused. Origins is 30, Odyssey and Black Flag are nearly identical at 90.
Ok, so you're a bit confused here. First, you're actually quoting our website as one of your sources, but not interpreting the data correctly. Second, the other websites are using the measure kilometers squared, not miles -- that's very significant. According to your sources here, my own measurements are basically exactly the same. I'd argue that Gearnuke is wrong because they're not factoring in the corners of the map you can't access. They're just quoting the dim...
My measurement isn't exact, but there is no way on earth Odyssey is 250 miles squared. Perhaps you mean kilometers?
Can't wait to get stuck into this one!
hoot = amusing situation.
I will be measuring how bug every open world game is, don't worry ;)
These are launch sizes. Lots of these games --as well as many others-- are much bigger with patches installed.
Just testing ;)
I'd argue that players got their voice --or at least had it heard-- because other consoles opened the door in the first place, though.
It's a punishing experience if you're not used to the genre, for sure. I've been taking my time with it, but I'd certainly suggest people playing on explorer mode if you're just after the essence of the role-playing experience.
Brewfest keeping the momentum of Azeroth rolling.
Great review. I've been looking to get back into the swing of golf games for a while :P
It's odd when you think about it like that, isn't it? Still did impressive numbers,
I think it's called a joke, mate.
Final Fantasy XV... /shudders.
Good ol' Muv Luv.
Not officially licensed products from the companies that built the originals. This is a new enterprise from Nintendo and Sony. I'm not referring to third-party mini consoles.
