Getting a 3DS right now. Too many good games to miss out on otherwise.
Pretty obvious links when you read the easter eggs
I was a bit annoyed that my "8GB" Wii U actually only has 3GB usable space, but this is ridiculous. If you only have 300gb usable space then you should call it a "300gb" model. This just ends up annoying people.
You don't buy a 1TB hard drive and find out you only have 250gb on it
I wish "Not on Wii U" and "skipping Wii U" were banned phrases. All they do is antagonise Wii U owners.
YouTube's management do not seem to really care what the userbase thinks. Unless I'm mistaken users have had no say in any of the functionality including the overhauled comments section. Then there's the whole "copyright infringement" fiasco where someone can put a claim on a video and YouTube will automatically remove it immediately for seemingly arbitrary reasons. Their management needs to have better contact with the users and do things more democratically
It can't be that hard to port things if we have Tekken 3D, Super Street Fighter IV, Monster Hunter 3/4.
Okay I can understand Nintendo being relatively new at indie publishing but it does have Wiiware, eShop, DSware... I don't understand why Fez, Minecraft and Terraria aren't on the 3DS let along Wii U. Wouldn't those indie titles sell like crazy on 3DS? Look at the number of users
I don't think games should get advertised until a few months before release. We've got enough games coming out every week as it is
Terraria on PS Vita but not 3DS? How much money is Sony throwing at indies these days?
Great article with some good ideas as to how to remedy the problem. I have had my Wii U since March and have enjoyed the third-party and first party titles. Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag runs great and ZombiU, Batman Arkham City and Call of Duty Black Ops 2 were very enjoyable. Here's hoping for an awesome 2014
The item was clearly put in the wrong category and is clearly illegal to attempt such a thing. Sadly this type of scam is common with launch consoles
I was under the impression that 90% of violent/Americanised games didn't see the light of day over there. I guess a lot has changed but they for instance don't have anywhere near the same number of people with 360/XOne
Piracy doesn't happen anywhere near as much now because of Steam, uPlay, Origin, Multiplayer-only features, DLC...
Looks and plays great on my Wii U
This better come to Wii U or PC or there will be trouble

Nintendo have said they haven't ruled out the possibility of a Super Mario Galaxy 3. This game is highly rated by critics and currently has a 94 on Metacritic. While it may not be for everyone this could well be one of the highest selling Mario games to date.
As for "party", there are plenty of games that have drop-in co-op like Knack and the LEGO games but nobody is complaining about those.
Nintendo aren't in it for a fast buck. They will spend however long it takes unless a product makes a profit. The Virtual Boy got discontinued, this has not and will not happen with the Wii U. It has users and the users it has will stay on board and not jump ship
Does make you wonder how many Japanese consumers import UK/US games like Call of Duty, GTAV, Battlefield, Last of Us etc. Presumably a lot less than the number of UK/US users that import Japanese titles
If they keep selling games like Borderlands 2 for £5 they're going to get tons of users
There are several problems with the PS Vita.
One of which is the lack of first-party support.
Part of the greatness of the original PSP were great titles like Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker, Monster Hunter and Grand Theft Auto. The PS Vita has none of these and the first party titles it has cannot hold a candle to most of the great 3DS titles.
Add in issues of price, most of the games being indie PC ports and it becomes more of a luxury than a must-hav...
