I agree with ilRadd, but some of these things apply to any kind of travel. Also, taxi drivers are probably like this everywhere. Anyway, it's nice advice for events like E3.

Technically, any 3D system uses parallax because it shows a different view to each eye. Nintendo is using a system that doesn't require special glasses, which is probably easier to implement in a handheld that would be viewed by one person than on a television screen. Of course, the most important part is having games that people will buy, such as Mario.

As for the name Kinect, it's probably derived from the ordinary word kinetic, relating to motion, as in kinetic energy. The names of Sony's games were clearly derived from this.

Interesting, but I don't know if it will be the RPG of the year.

The iPad market will certainly be worthwhile to develop games for, but the people mostly wouldn't be the same people who would buy something like a Microsoft Xbox 360. For most iPad customers, games will be secondary to other uses. Board games and casual games are more likely to appeal to them, and games that can be played with the kids.

I never tried Heavenly Sword, since I don't have a PS3. I do agree that Buffy is a pretty good game.

I haven't played the Splinter Cell games before. This sounds like a decent game with noticeable flaws. I'm not sure I understand the scale you use for scores, given the text of the review. GZ

The Playstation Motion Controller, whatever it's called, and Project Natal certainly won't be suitable for all games, but there will be some games for which one or the other will be great. GZ
