Are you factoring in the co-op mode that was added that cost nothing?

Lots of whining about costs for new content without mention of the significant co-op mode that was added to the game post-launch without any cost.

I seemed to have already had some sort of $10 savings due so I got Sackboy for $21. The Nioh collection sounds lovely but considering I recently finished the Returnal platinum trophy and am working on the Demon's Souls platinum trophy currently...I'm planning on going a bit lighter with Ratchet and Sackboy for a bit.

Dear god, it's happening! The moment his finally here! I've waited all year for update 21.01-03.20.00.04. I feel like I can finally enjoy life now.

For me this will amount to swapping to Performance RT in the settings and probably never changing it again similar to Spider-man.

The digital version is going to be leaning more on being locked to PS Store purchases for profitability. It's a steal at $399...before +300% scalper or bundle tax, at least.

After reading the rumors about the pitch for the sequel being rejected, I have wondered when that took place. It could be dated information. Early on it was attacked by some questionable members of the press for questionable reasons, but I'm sure the franchise looks much more valuable as a franchise now to Sony executives than it did then. Many people have also played it at this point and know it's a good game.

It's true you will eventually get one, but it's misleading to give the impression if you just watch closely and keep on top of things you'll get one. You don't have that much control over the situation. If you got one quickly, you were very lucky. I struggled for months staying up for many hours into the night with no success. Often the website just ceases to function and loads for 10 minutes when you have about a minute or less to secure one. I finally managed to get one in a...

Aren't you pitted against an essentially unbeatable enemy early in the game to demonstrate the cyclical nature of constant resurrections? You killed that enemy? I found it impossible to dodge it when it dashes.

I was surprised I struggled so much with the first biome. This is the first "roguelike" I've played, so I am probably doing some things wrong. I finally killed the first boss this morning and took no damage until the third phase and haven't felt like I've been playing particularly poorly other than not being able to finish that boss until today. I wish you spent more time fighting bosses and less wandering around with a pistol. You spend most of the time with weak enemie...

That is definitely not going to happen. I will admit I dislike getting so little exposure to the boss before needing to spend another hour getting there, though. I was able to "git gud" in FROM games because I'm spending most of the time actually fighting tough bosses developing skill through experience, not wandering around with starting gear trying to get back there for an hour. This is the first "roguelike" game I've played, so perhaps many people enjoy do that....

Have your crashes occurred during the later biomes? I haven't had a single significant technical issue early on. I'm not sure if I like this "roguelike" business, though. I like the format of FROM games much better. I spend a high proportion of my time in FROM games battling epic bosses, not wandering around for an hour then getting taken out by a new boss in a couple of minutes that I've had so little exposure to necessary to learn the patterns and timing. Maybe it will...

I loved the work of Hennig and Straley, but I'm just not on board with Druckmann and find it irritating so many poor decisions are overlooked or called "brilliant" because it's from Naughty Dog. Does anyone believe other developers could include lines like "bigot sandwich" without any criticism? To the contrary, it won a ton of Best Narrative Awards. It's very reminiscent of Breath of the Wild dropping to 20 frames per second and reviewers claimed you barely no...

I honestly believe many reviewers of games, movies, TV shows, ect. are basing their rating of a show on social issues. I think it can go way beyond just bringing up their own pet issues during reviews.

This service would be a hell of a lot more appealing if I could play PS5 and PC versions of their games. I am feeling quite a bit of regret for subscribing to this. I can stream the PS4 version of Horizon at 720p onto PC but there is actually a PC version on the market. Why would anyone play it that way? And I already bought Borderlands 3 because it was on sale and the upgrade to PS5 was free. It's absurd PS Now subscribers cannot play that version. It's lame PS Now is on PS5 but you ...

Why would it?

Days Gone offended Too Much Water from Game Spot. Deacon was Caucasian and even had the nerve to find his wife attractive. 5/10 GameSpot

It's interesting to see how Days Gone seems to be viewed now as one of those guys who preordered Days Gone and was yelling that the reviews were dramatically underrating this game for absurd reasons when it was released.

You'll definitely want to check out the update when you get a PS5 for a close to locked 60 fps, but I had a great time with in on Pro long before I had a PS5.

That is what I've been thinking. We already know they'll make killer Astro Bot games. Astro Bot 2 and Half-Life: Alyx would be a great start in a year or two. The PS5 actually has the CPU power to run a game like this. The huge CPU upgrade from a Jaguar (not great even when it was new let alone 7 to 8 years later) to current Ryzen tech should be massive for PSVR2, particularly for the necessary high frame rate and physics for games like this.

That just would not have worked with a Jaguar CPU and Move controllers. It can work with a Ryzen CPU and (much) better controllers.
