The first game was okay on PS, second game big improvement graphic wise, but gameplay still the same. SH2 on PS2 was bugged, l tried 2 copies of the game on the slab console and slim console, just wouldn’t work. They should’ve taken the first 2 games and made 1 game. The mod to remove the fog, should’ve been an option in the game. Still, the series is overrated as with RE.
Just give up on consoles, put games on PS and Nintendo.
Scalping should be banned in every country.
I don't see the point in games like this. Why can't they take the series to the next level and release a new game? It looks decent, but the gameplay looks a bit dodgy and looks like last gen. Wouldn't bother shelling out anything over £20/$20 for this new or used.
We’re all sat waiting for new games, instead it’s remasters.
Sony believes that the future of gaming is £700 consoles, £70 games and £65 controllers.
Typical Sony, no pricing.
Couldn't agree more. Now we're going to see PS5 Pro versions of certain games, which will then be released for the PS6.
I'm sure there was a sequel on PS1.
I don't think there's anything positive about the PS5 Pro. Another cost for the link adaptor after extra for a disc drive. Only feels like the PS3 has only been out there for a while. Changing consoles every 6 years or so. This gen consoles came too early.
Looks good, but had to pass on £55 on disc. Will pick this up cheap used.
But not for £70 on disc.
Why didn't they release a disc with a load of PS1 launch titles. Probably a licensing faff on as usual. I was there in September 1995 for the PS1 launch. DIdn't play all the launch games, but I missed out on Jumping Flash and Motor Toon GP.
Hope Nintendo changes the docking unit with Switch 2. Never understood the point of covering the screen.
Probably is, but the cost of game releases starting at £70 ($92) for discs and digital, gaming is nearing the end for some us. There seems to be an obsession with comparing console pricing to PC pricing. A PC is always going to be more expensive than a console, so it's a pointless debate, but who cares? A single format is never going to happen either. £800 ($1055) for the PS5 Pro with a disc drive, I don't think I'm even going to bother with the PS6. Controllers wil...
In other words, you?
Yeah, GTA 6 on PS5 then PS6, then different editions as we wait 15 years for the next game. By then, I'll be retired. £800 for a PS5 Pro with disc drive, the PS6 price will be eye popping. PS6 Pro?
Current game prices don't help. Laughable that Sony raised the price of PS4 games from £50 to £60 so that there was a £10 price difference with PS5 games at £70. I said 2 years ago, the 1983 Gaming Crash is incoming.
The rumoured $400 (£305) will be £400 in the UK, which converts to $525.
Watched a few comparison videos, there's nothing in it. It staggers me that at any price, someone would buy a pro console. The PS5 is around 4 years old, feels like it hasn't got started yet. The Xbox Series X was dead before launch. Give it a few years, the PS6 will surface and it'll be another re-run. £700 (£915) for a PS5 Pro in the UK, £100 for a drive and whatever it's going to cost for a space saver stand, hate to think how much next gen consoles are ...
