it's really the same reason why Mac is virtually without virus software. Who wants to make a program that can only work on 1% of the total market when you can make one that works on 99%?

There are several reasons for that. One of the biggest being, who wants to click on a site and read a single sentence or two that sums up the game? While I agree no game can down vague concepts like cross over, ring outs and other things, Superbot could have went the Jump Ultimate Stars or Super Smash Bros route and added some sort of life bar (ideally it's just not announced or I missed it). Since without that, I don't see it having real lasting appeal. (and yes I've played it.)
That was never what they were for, they were to reward people that bought new. Publishers use this spin because people will defend the fact they deserve more for paying more, so yeah. Either or, I thought it would be a problem, but it never ended up affecting me. Most used copies come with or have unused online passes. Quite funny in the end.
It's to gauge the discs value. Like in my case, I rather have a voucher code. This is because you STILL need the disc in your ps3 to boot the download (at least in all prior ones), so I personally rather be able to sell my copy and keep the games (if it comes to that) down the road.
What this means is actually pretty simple. It means the post is complete and utter bullshit (likely) or whomever is marketing this game is a complete moron. For this reason alone, it seems silly to think the last characters would be 4 heavy hitters. This is especially true when you look at the preorder figures... the game isn't doing well and thats something announcing Snake and Cloud would INSTANTLY fix.

I don't see how this shit can be "found". As long as we can copy saves, we can always dupe stuff... exploit or not. This is like saying, legendary items found from boss tier enemies... like really?! Also as others have said, been around since Borderlands 1.

It's really not, which some people need to understand. Sure I am disappointed by the lack of inclusion, but the games quality has certainly dropped from the PS1 days. Just because they were iconic like 10 years ago, doesn't mean it's a HUGE deal they're not included. Also lets be fair here, Crash and Spyro are not in the same league as Link or Donkey Kong either. They're closer to Ness, who many people won't care if hes included, but hardcore fans love that they rememb...

This is certainly true, but in many instances I see multiple people using snipers, which makes the game awful. It's hard to kill 1 guy when 3 others are covering him or even win when the whole team is hidden in the middle of nowhere. I had some games in battlefield Bad Company 2 where we would go 3 minutes without a kill because of everyone sniping. THIS is what makes them bad. However, I rather just see balance in the end.

Joking aside, you share profiles and using a key on one account affects every other account on that profile. Not everyone is going to know or even assume that before using a key, so this would help them out.
In theory, one is already included with almost every Vita. Just about every place included a 4 gb or better with a Vita at launch and the FEB included one too. Now companies are offering things like buy a vita and get X dollars back on a giftcard, so you can always use that savings on one in the end. I men you're still paying 250 (in most cases) in the end.
