Agreed. I watched the CES "demo" of the EA space and it looks very nice. They are even going to have "High roller" tables that you have to earn your way to the right to play. The more you win, the high stakes tables become available. If other publishers/partners make spaces that have this much to do in them and add this much to Home...they might be on to something.

You really expect the 2yr old PS3 to have sold 35mil in Japan, simply because the 9yr PS2 did? Haha. Really?
I'm shocked. With all the news coverage of sell outs, exclusive JRPGs and out selling the PS3, I thought it was dominating! With all the money Square Enix and Namco have made from the awesome, awesome RPGs they've partnered with MS on...my jaw is to the floor. Why O' why would the media try to hype the 360's performance in Japan? Hmmm...
Who can we complain to? "They" don't listen. If "they" want N4G to become a joke, keep approving this sh1t. Oh and ban me from the Gamer Zone for 24hrs for typing sh1t or stfu. Meanwhile members have pictures of b1tches in thongs or some other juvenile expression on originality. It's like a clown car of Corkys run and mod this place.
Kisses.
Keep trying PimpDaddy *snicker*
The next time you wanna join in the grown-ups conversation, have something to contribute. Not middle school baiting.
"First, I would say we absolutely would not want to trade places with Sony,"
You should. Their console will still be relevant in 3 years.
They don't. But the media and fanboys alike seem to think they do. Look, we're all fanboys of something to some extent. Whether it be dev, game, console or company. Halo is not a great game or series. It's a great seller. More importantly, it sells because of its multiplayer. No one is rushing out to follow the story. You play it for achievements and the multiplayer. A multiplayer that has been overshadowed by COD4 and will be overshadowed even more by Killzone 2. This isn't me hating on anyt...
I think the 360 global sales indicate Microsoft have the same market share they did last gen. For whatever reason, they seem to receive more credit than they truly deserve. I too have all the consoles, but look at what enjoyment each provide. Right now, the Wii is doing nothing, I am always having to buy something to "experience" the 360 and the PS3 seems to be just right. I use it more than the other two. Microsoft has mocked Sony for the entirety of this generation thus far, parti...
I really think it's jumping the gun saying Sony isn't the force this gen they were last. The PS3 is 2yrs old. At 4yrs old, I would be more inclined to agree.
Not as annoying as the fanboy bubble bandits.
Sales are up four times over last year, powered by titles like Wall-E and The Dark Knight. "Some have asked why, in a networked world, we need Blu-ray?" (Stringer asks) To prove his point, he brings out Pixar chief John Lasseter. After joking about his loud shirt, Lasseter says Blu-ray lets audiences "see what we see on our screens at Pixar... You can't go back once you see it."
They also don't want HDMI. Or 1080p. Or quality.
Anyone know where I can buy some Gamer Pics? Or a virtual fireplace?
Looks good, but I'm not sold on the driving/flying aspects. Running around whippin ass looks fun though.
Paying for sh1tty Community Games created by "actual 12yr old" girls: CONFIRMED
Yes, yes I am. Doh! BRB...the baby's crying...
I too once failed at FPSs. The GC version of 007: Agent Under Fire (for whatever reason) clicked and I've been hooked ever since. Change the difficulty to ease into it. Like most things, the more you do the better you become.
The original Xbox sold 25mil worldwide. (3yr life)
The 360 to date has sold 28mil worldwide. (3yrs old)
3mil more over your freshman effort, in the same amount of time isn't impressive. It shows you really haven't penetrated the market, just sold to people who bought the first one.
I've installed it, tried different discs, different HDDs...nothing works. Looking forward to the patch as I haven't played the game due to Lionheads' stellar QA.
Those exact words were said about the Xbox. The 360 hasn't sold that much more than it in Japan.
