I hate that it's come down to looking for manufactured dates or power requirements in order assure yourself your're buying one that won't break. Pro Tip: When buying a console, if it says "Playstation 3" on the box, you'll know it works.
You can pull up a similar video on almost every major company in the world. Times suck for everyone.
I liked it. I liked it a lot, but I hate the controller. I'm sorry but the LB and RB buttons on the 360 controller suck in this game. The PS3 version will be my version.
Ruh roh Shaggy!
That's a pretty useless rant. I mean, really?
@ Lelo
I doubt you've ever play LBP if you think user levels magically appear. It's called a server. A content server to be precise. User creates level. User uploads level. You play the level from the server and "heart" to easily play it. You know what a server is, right?
And anyone who thinks R2 is average:
A) hasn't played solo
B) hasn't played co-op
C) hasn't played competitive
D) is a Halo 3 owner
E) is a gaming poser
Shane (former 1up) was on RebelFM recently and mentioned damn near everyone in the press was given a 360 and Live account for free. He said that's what plays a role in the media favoritism. Everyone got it for free and can play together for free. Hard to NOT give it more credit than it's due when you've invested nothing. Apparently, Sony doesn't work that way.
Completely agree GWAVE. I think what the 360 fanboys above me were expected you to list, besides Gears 2 of course, were L4D and Fable 2. Now, they might even grasp at straws and list Banjoe. But at the end of the day, it's still a pretty light list. I personally own 4 360 games (NG2, Fable 2, L4D amd Gears 2) all purchased in 2008. And all, excluding Fable 2, should have been renters.
WHA?!
That was fail Why dis. Just thought you should know.
How many VC ads did you see on TV? I blame Sega marketing for its low sales. VC has received an absurd amount of universal acclaim, yet its sales do not reflect the quality game it is. People will not buy what they aren't aware of. Trophies may have helped too.
Did I wake up in 2007?
No, sir. I didn't like it.
Simply put...it won't struggle.
I know, I submitted it. I was making a statement about their support, not this update.
And McCain is going to be a great President. Since we're making comments from under a rock and all...
Because of the stellar support EA and Criterion have shown Burnout Paradise, I'll be buying the island expansion. They deserve it.
Gamerscore Blog was closed and everyone let go. I expect smaller pieces of MS and Xbox shutting down more than anything else. I also wonder what happens if they don't have the money to buy exclusives? There are only 3 MS owned studios now (Lionhead, Turn 10, Rare) and I just don't see them churning out the killer exclusives Sony appears to have.
And this ladies gents is called "sense", which TheExecutive has shown he has plenty of. Well said. I honestly couldn't agree more. Bubbles.
You should really know what you're talking about, before you accuse others.

"Of course, the biggest change is the newly redesigned motherboard, which should help alleviate the infamous Red Ring of Death problem."
